Especially as she is also at that stage where she likes to grab and reach for thing, she likes to grab the flaps and try to lift them herself. Very good for her development. The beautiful illustrations keep her highly engaged from start to finish. The story is nice and short also, which helps keep her stimulated for long enough without overdoing it. The mirror at the end always gets her smiling 😀. She loves to play peekaboo with herself and enjoys seeing herself mirrors. Great book. Will definitely be buying more from the collection.

Our daughter was given one of these books when she was about 10 months old. We have about three different ones and she still loves them and she’s nearly 2. A winner!

I got this for my one year old son and he loves moving the flaps and pointing at the animals. Seeing him look at himself in the mirror on the last page is so heartwarming.
