I’m a size 8.5 woman shoe size and it covers all the areas that’s needed for pain relief, this is my second surgery on my ankle area and ice is your best friend in this situation, this ice pack is easy to put on, as I mentioned before , covers the area’s icing is needed, feels sturdy and durable, flexible and comfortable to wear with the inner lining, it gives you the cushion so the sensitive irritated skin, so it won’t hurt with the cold, holds cold for good amount of time, again fits great for my needs. The design of this ice pack wraps around not just the ankle but the whole foot and also a bit of the calf. The ice wrap brought instant pain relief and reduced the swelling of my moderate ankle sprain. The best part is that because it comes in its own cover, there are no ice crystals that form on the ice pack while in the freezer. I also love the soft material that comes in contact with the skin. The Velcro straps are sturdy and keeps it in place. It's a great design and a great product! I highly recommend.

I have a grade 3 ankle sprain and the doctor and PT kept pushing me to ice it but the cold hurt so much that I avoided it. This changed the game. The minky interior of this that has direct contact with your skin takes that edge off of the cold and it's super soft.You feel the cold but not the sting. The straps are stretchy to fit different sizes. I wear a women's 11 mens 9 shoe size btw. I wish I had this from day one. Love it

I was very happy with their knee ice pack wrap, so was glad to see they made something that would help soothe plantar fasciitis as well. This version may be even better functionality-wise for how it fully wraps the area, helping to ice & compress both the foot and ankle simultaneously.

This product is not made for someone with long feet. I had purchased to go across my toes AND ankle after bunion hammer toe surgery. It’s great across my ankle but does NOT go across the bridge of my foot.
