It works great on my car the size is perfect fit the wheel. The plastic material is good for tires unlike the Metal chain type protection.The installation is very easy you can get it done in 10 minutes we use it I’m a BMW X5 to drive to a mountain. Had lots of fun

I bought two sets for my AWD SUV, in preparation for a looming snow storm. Practiced putting them on in the garage beforehand, and they were very quick and easy to install. That is the one positive. The morning after snow had fallen, I put them on again and started down the driveway. Within about 100 yards, several of the pads had fallen completely apart on my rear wheels. Up front, things weren't much better, as the pads basically crumpled into one singular, useless mass on each tire. I am now waiting for the snow to melt so that I can drive into town and pick up actual working chains. I would say these would probably work great if you need to drive your Smart Car through a field of runny ice cream, but for actual snowy weather these are arguably worse than just not having chains at all.

These were a lifesaver. My tires were bald and my car is rear wheel drive, I left it parked a few days because of a snow storm and had to move it. After several attempts with out the tire grips I decided to put them on only using 2 on each wheel and they got me out of the snowy icy area. I definitely recommend keeping a set of these in the trunk.

Easy install

Great product, I fitted them on my 2016 F150 and they fit great. I love the design, I think the rubber textured lumps and metal rivets will work great if I ever get stuck. They come with a nice carry case that packs perfectly under the bench seat in my truck for easy storage as well. Much easier to install than Chains...

Used the chains to drive to Duck Creek Utah.1. I did like that the chains got me to the cabin from the bottom of the mountain.2. I did not like the chains because a clip broke right when I got to the cabin.3. The chains were good for 1 time use only.4 had to spend another $135 dollars to buy actual chains

The item arrived very fast, in one day. There are 6 pieces inside, which will be enough to fit 2 wheels. Too bad we had a 4-wheel drive, so we have to buy another set. The plastic is more like a soft plastic which I think it is not easy to get crispy in low temperature. We brought this with us on our trip and give us peace of mind.

I installed these according to the directions. They were installed snuggly and fit my tires well. However, less than 2 miles down a 35mph road, 4 of the 6 had come loose, and one had broke. I pulled over to remove the broken chain, and snugged up the others. Less than one more mile in another had broken and the other remaining chains had come loose again. This is one of the worst products I’ve bought on Amazon.
