If you’re thinking about it, just buy the keyboard. It’s perfect, easy to set up, and comes pre-lubed. Pretty sturdy, the adjustable legs aren’t flimsy at all and I don’t think they’re the type to break, unlike other cheap brands. For the price of $60, this is a steal.

It's really 3.5 stars, but I rounded up.I've been eyeing some mechanical keyboards for a bit and decided to pick this one up as a medium/long term budget choice. It works as a keyboard (always a plus for keyboards), has some nice keyboard randomization visualizations and types decently well.Now onto those pesky things that make it so this isn't a great keyboard.1. The keycaps are actually really hard to read when not backlit.Some visualizations will require you to know how to type without looking down on your keyboard. It's more difficult if you're unfamiliar with the 75% keyboard layout. I've replaced them with something that's easier to read.2a. The software, though functional, is not user friendly.You gotta pick it up at the yunzii website: https://www.yunzii.com/pages/software -> "Download Software with Music Rhythm". Upon installation, you get the choice to start it up. Go ahead and do so.2b. The idea with the software is that it takes over the lighting and keypress mechanism when using the keyboard. You will not have access to some Fn+<key> combinations when the software is running.2c. When closing the software on Windows, it defaults to staying in the system tray. You can find it again there. I thought I was crazy when trying to run it again and nothing happening. I must have installed/uninstalled the software 4 times before realizing what was going on.2d. When customizing the color layout, you must click on each individual key. It would have been nice to have a drag/drop feature or a "common keyset" feature that would highlight select sets of keys to change colors all at once. This or a shift-click/ctrl-click so that your selected keys don't get lock on missed clicks.2e. You can export your profile so that if you're moving between computers, you can have the same key layout or colors. This is all in xml, you can manually edit it as well if you'd like.2f. I haven't found the ability to have key combinations do different things. For example, you can't hit <PgUp> + <PgDn> to lock the screen. However, you can have one key perform a sequence of keystrokes. I think this has very limited usability on the 75% keyboard.3. Keyboard Construction.Some of the switches will come out with the keycaps when pulling them out. It's not hard to put them back in. It's just weird that they are not secured like most of the other switches.There are no visible screws on the bottom of the keyboard. This means that they're probably hidden underneath the foot pads. It should give you access to the whole keyboard if you want to do deeper customization to your keyboard.Overall, it's a good choice. I don't have any regrets as I think it's a good start that I can now tinker with until I decide whether I'd like to go deeper into the mechanical keyboard black hole.

Hi!The keyboard itself was not bad quality & i loved the color but i had to return it because the software to adjust colors & keys is so crappy. I even reached out to customer service and even though they tried to help it never really worked in the end. The program refused to recognize the keyboard.

I ended up using a keychron q1 which is much nicer. If you're willing to spend more than double then that's a much better option. But for the price this is a good board

Purchased with Gateron brown. I’m a writer and have used this keyboard for 10+ hours a day, practically every day, since Jan 2021. Absolutely reliable with perfect (for me) tactile. Lighting is great for nighttime work - lettering on the keycap is translucent.

--The only bad part about this keyboard that I can see is the all plastic construction;except for the mounting plate; and well the clip on stabilizer... Space-bar heavily is lubed, to the point that i can see some excess grease on the PCB, but other keys like the Backspace, L shift, and Enter keys have very little to none existence.-Taking off the space bar stabilizer you'll find a small pad underneath the stab... my guess is it's for even it out.. or noise damping.. and since mine came with one misplace underneath the pcb.. im going to say.. they for straighten the space-bar out, (mine still rattle no matter what I try).-I switch the stock keycaps out with the YMDK white gray and red 125 set on amazon, and It sort of make these black gateron feel nicer to type on-- I was planning to buy a DIY keyboard kit.. until i saw the price on some of them, SO, this one so far is a good "only option left" board. I think it's because I like that everything on it is removable, and easily to get access to.. (except you can't really remove pcb from the mounting plate, you can't remove it without twisting some metal pieces that holding both of them together); so if i need to change out switch I can do that easily-- But again.. most of these switches on the right side of my board still stuck on there like glue was apply underneath, then again maybe that is just my board---I went with Gateron black with this board, and coming from cherry brown.. took a bit of getting used to.. BUT now Im loving it, when trying cherry brown again, I can feel why folk says the tactile bump on them feel scratchy, more than a bump.There are some cheaper option out there from other brands.. but i think i'll stick with this one for now.. because well amazon shipping speed, and cost is non existence for prime members. Also i think there a version of this with 2.4ghz Bluetooth install on it for the same price, down side is the shipping speed since it not on amazon. i'm just thankful mine came fully functional.-The FN+F12 is a keyboard lock function... i do not know how that is a useful enough feature to be place onto an F key.. but it's there if anyone need it, im more use to it being volume down.. so i tend to accidentally lock my keyboard at times"- I can't tell if YunzII copy Keycool; or Keycool copy Yunzii.. or they both the same company-(apparently there something on EPOMAKER now as well)-Also most of you should already seen the photo, but these come with 5 pins hotswap slots...5 PINS!-There are foam underneath.

Right off the bat I want to mention I am by no means a keyboard expert. I just needed something decent at an affordable price point and this board fit that criteria. It arrived the next day from Amazon and the unboxing was nice. The user manual they give you is filled with all the key commands you need to personalize your board so don't lose it. The board itself is heavier than I expected so it feels sturdy and sits nice on the mounts.I'm approaching 3 weeks with the board and I can say I'm pleased with my purchase so far. It's my first mechanical keeb so this will be a journey for me and I'm excited for this board potential so far.

The keyboard stops randomly.Later I had to buy a similar keyboard from a different company and it work very well. The technical support is super bad. The seller tries buying time to get you out of the return policy timing. The shipper used, UniUni, refuses to deliver.If there was an option for 0 stars, it would have been a better option for the experience.

I love everything this White Yunzii Keyboard gives me, it is uncheat for great deals:Fairly beautiful and elegant just looks as nice as the advertisement;The hot-swappability for all gateron 5 pin switches, I have the milky yellow's for qwertys and brown for large keys and it types sweat;84 keys means it grants functional keys and arrow keys for gaming so that you don't need to press fn and the 12345s to go functional keys;The only thing not good is Fragile it can't hide the dusting and bits of short hair lossess like black keyboards. When it got a bit dusty it's pretty obvious, but hey it happens to every white Keyboard. You need to take care of what is hiding underneath Keycaps during daily use, It need to be taken extra care.

I don't know how there isn't a single review on this board, but it's amazing value for the price. The stabs are great, RGB and static white looks premium and the keycaps feel premium as well. I just replaced my Taurus K320 for this and it's not even comparable. The only downside is the USB cable feels cheap and not compatible with third party cables (forget coiled cables). I have a pricey custom made coiled cable that I can't use with it, but it the KB is so great that i decide to keep it anyways. Best 84 keys available on the market, look not further.

Solid build. consistent great feel on every switches, very responsive. High quality non slip pads on both the back and stand. Not really a big fan of RGB so I have them turned off.But if you love RGB then you will need to swap out a different set of keycaps.

i love this keyboard, I'm using it right now, but i have 1 issue, they keycaps are thick, and the switches are good, (but buy it from their website because you cant choose what switches you want, I got blue :( )1. The keycaps are different than the keycaps on the picture, the keycaps are the normal colour but the letters are different, they look like your average office keyboard. But I still like them, they are just different.that is really my only issue with this keyboard, so if your going to get your own switches, because this is hot swap. And your own keycaps, this is a really good keyboard. But you cant still enjoy this without doing all of that.
