Purchased a few times nowFairly easy to apply allow sufficient drying timePreparation is essential remove all dust dirt debris and previous sealant etc as this prevents peeling or poor finishUsed this before , then after trying another brand realised how good the finish was with this product4 stars as this can peel ,prep and care are key here however compared to others which didn’t last or protect the floor for very long or give a good finish .Wash with fairy liquid and water not floor cleaner or any other products this prevents peeling alsoOverall the best I foundNot many sealers can be used on ceramic / porcelain tiles and this is the only one that works
