I love this!!
I love this story and it has the right amount of romance. Two stories in one and sexy elements. Must have!

A Gem in the Erotic Genre
I purchased Temptation based on some good reviews (Kindle Edition) and decided to take a chance on it in paperback. I was completely delighted that it was truly good!It was erotic, romantic AND intriguing. Oftentimes, I find that erotic novels either lack love or any real emotional connection, or it’s just badly written. This novel actually contained a beautiful historical romance in which everyone got their happy ending! Also, as the reader, you get the sense that the author (or in this case authors) actually did some research to support their period story.I found myself immersed in the plot and hoping for the main characters to come together.I enjoyed Beatrice and Percy falling in love while writing to each other while he was at war, and then enjoyed Percy’s attempts at “wooing” her. It was very romantic and VERY sensual, but not crudely written— and that takes talent!I think many women can relate to Beatrice, too. She may be virginal, but she’s no shrinking violet. She is observant of the world around her and as a nurse, she has seen some things.Familiarly, Beatrice is willing to push some boundaries of propriety while she’s writing steamy prose to her soldier admirer, but her practicality kicks into gear when he arrives to see her in person, and her initial uncertainty at a real relationship and future with Percy is relatable. As I stated before, there is a real emotional bond between these two main characters that had me completely invested in their love story and allowed me to enjoy this book so much.I was also happy to see that minor characters were not one-dimensional and felt necessary to the story. They added so much depth to Beatrice’s journey. You really get 3 erotic love stories in 1 here...and none of it feels gratuitous.I can count on one hand the number of times I took a chance on a relatively unknown author and was so pleasantly surprised! I didn’t realize at first that Temptation was part of a series, either. I later purchased the first book in the “Clemens Sisters Saga”, Mistress. When I enjoyed that book every bit as much as Temptation, I purchased the other two in this series.I consider this author and series to be bright gems in the erotic novel genre. As a side note: I love the sultry cover art for all books in the series. Kudos!
