Tastes like pumpkin! I use it for making homemade pumpkin spice creamer. Rehydrate and so much better than trying to freeze puree~done that, too. Use this instead.

I prefer to limit ultraprocessed foods/sugar yet I am a sucker for pumpkin spice taste. A couple tablespoons of this, a scoop of natural whey protein, a good sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice and a hand blender and my coffee turns out yummy, much healthier than being made with syrups like at coffee shops, and gives me an a.m. protein boost. I am planning on playing around with making my own baked protein bars using the same as above plus collagen, egg whites, and seeds.

From eggs in the morning, to juices, to making breads and crusts, it has no powerful flavor to take away from the dish it's put in and the fine powder is the perfect texture. Value for money is awesome. I will be a customer for a lifetime because of the quality. The smell is not bad. Just don't snort it!

The texture of this is good. You can bake very good cakes and pies!

Love this product! Multiple-use! I also use this for my dogs. Nothing but pumpkin. Sprinkle it on their food-it is very good for them.

I had freeze dried pumpkin from another company before to add to the dog food before when canned pumpkin is not in season. I mixed this powder into a paste with water but it smells more like henna than like pumpkin and tastes weird. None of our three doodles liked it and two got sick. I do not recommend it.

I got this primarily to add to my dog's food, but I have also been enjoying putting it in my smoothies too.For my dog, it really helps make her more regular, which helps keep her bum healthy! She is a small 9-lb dog, so she is prone to getting an inflamed anal gland (a common issue with small dogs that makes them scoot their butt on the floor to try and relieve the itchiness they are experiencing there). This powder makes it easier to add pumpkin fiber to her food, rather than going having to buy cans of pumpkin puree. I just add about a teaspoon of powder on top of her food, pour about 1/8 cup of water on top of that, and stir it all up so the powder is dissolved into a mushy consistency. It works like a charm for my little dog.I had been getting a pumpkin powder product that is made specifically for dogs, but it also had apple pectin in it, which is great, but it was way more expensive. I have found that using this pure pumpkin powder is working just as well and is a lot cheaper.It's also been yummy in my smoothies and I am sure it is good for my digestion too.
