Water cap loose
A good iron but the cap to the water tank tends to spring open. Other Russell Hobbs irons have also had doubtful cap fittings and the quality of this feature needs improvement.

Perfect Iron
This sleek looking iron is great, heats up really quickly, is easy to use, has a large water container and does everything you’d expect from an iron! Very sturdy and quite weighty, the long cord helps with its functionality. Overall a great iron for the price

Good performance and value for money
Ordered and delivered promptly within a few hours. Had many Russell Hobbs irons in my time, this model is excellent, very powerful, however it doesn’t appear to be as much steam as my old model when I actually iron, unless I press the additional steam button . But it glides smoothly over your clothes and has lots of features which represents good value for money. This is certainly a good buy.

Good steam pressure
This was to replace my old iron which was of the same make which i had for about 2 years.and used it about twice a week for a couple of hours at a time. To be honest although it is supposed to be better it seems the same so I was a bit disappointed hence the 4 stars but overall it is a good iron just hope it lasts a bit longer ger than the previous one.

Black beauty
After a lot of research I bought this iron about a month ago to replace my much loved Bosch that died. I like a heavy iron and it’s certainly that although once you’re actually ironing it glides around with ease. I did have to relearn which heat and steam settings were best to use but now I have it sorted I’m very happy with results. The large water chamber provides sufficient steam to get through a big iron without refilling. CD It’s a good looking product and well built.P.S. I have been doing family ironing for over 60 years so have used a fair number of irons!
