Comfortable but tricky
This chair is very attractive and comfortable. Of course this is the 1st day with it so I'll revise in a couple months time if necessary. It's attractive (I got the blue). I'm 5'3" and find it extremely comfortable if a tad oversized (great as a recliner though).1. The leg-rest is also comfortable but the plastic pieces holding it on could certainly be improved upon. If it breaks I will revise this review.2. The armrests are sturdy, handsome and comfortable.3. It reclines comfortably if a little awkwardly. The adjustable levers take getting used to. The back lever (for reclining has to be pushed all the way down and inward to lock in upright position (release for reclining).4. The assembly is not too difficult. The back attachment, at first, seems to have no corresponding holes on the back piece itself. They are hiding beneath the back cover (held on by velcro). I had to hike the wheel base up onto a step to get the back screw holes to align with the base attachment piece but it wasn't difficult after that.5. All in all, a good buy for the price.

No cushion for the tush
The box arrived looking like it had been used as a football. All the parts were there but no assembly directions! I was not able to find any online. So it was trial and error on which screw to use for which part. Other than screw roulette, assembly was OK not hard. But there is zero cushioning in the seat. The back seems very supportive and it does raise up to a nice level. But I will have bruises on my but if I sit in this chair more than a couple hours. The chair is nice and heavy, not flimsy and seat is pretty wide. i am plus size and had plenty of tush/hip room. I don’t think it’s made for an adult would better suit a teenager.

Broke but FANTASTIC support
I got this chair and had it for a few months. Does show wear and tear but thats to be expected with cats. One day sitting in the chair there was a loud POP and the reclining system completely failed. Reached out to the manufacturer with low expectations as I had bad experiences with vendor warranty interactions in the past. They did not have the part in stock so they sent me a whole new chair. Whole. New. Chair. and in 2 days fedex dropped it off on my porch.

Great chair, leg rest seems flimsy
This is a great chair to work out of. However, the leg rest feels flimsy. It does have a nice feature of being able to extend the length for your legs and tucks away nicely. Nice chair for the price though.

A good gaming chair for the price
The Good: It's a stylish chair with an executive touch. The turquoise/black two-tone design and stitching is crafty. The reclining feature is nice and the retractable foot rest makes it even more relaxing. The chair is very simple to assemble and took less than 10 minutes to complete. The Not-So-Good: It could use a bit more padding in the seat and back areas. It's comfortable, but more padding would be it more so for longer sitting. And while assembly was simple and quick, I'd gladly take more time to assemble it if it meant a "tighter" chair... meaning, the retractable foot rest rattles a little and the chair overall is a little more creaky than I like. I've tightened everything I can tighten.Summary: It's good-looking gamer chair that is pretty comfortable and at a good price point, but just a little rickety and could be more padded.

Well worth it, comfortable stylish chair at an affordable price.
Very pleased so far. It's just the first day, but I found the assembly quite simple, and only requiring one Allen wrench which was provided with the screws. Steps were clear on the instructions, and screws well packaged, grouped and labeled. Assembly was really a breeze,.... Of course you have to do it in an organized, patient way.Been using it now only a few hours and I find it very comfortable, with good back support. As others have noted, the footrest is more a calf rest (I am 6ft tall) but it is still very usable if you are going into recline position.Armrests are sturdy and well cushioned, also sufficiently wide... Something I was a bit worried about because you cannot adjust the width of armrests. No need to worry unless you are very obese. I measured 19" space between the 2 armrests, which is wider than the previous chair I was using.

Overall a good chair.
Overall it is a good chair but I have only had it for a couple of weeks. One issue with assembly is that one of the cams for the arms was inserted too deeply into the seat. As such, the 40 mm bolt would not engage with the threads. I ended up ordering a 45 mm bolt of the same size to correct the issue. Now, I need to figure out a modification so the foot rest does not extend as freely.Hopefully, I get a few years out of it.

Bent Post
Mine also had a bent post. I say also because I see another review where someone else had the same issue. The post that the bolt threads into for attaching the armrest was bent up severely in such a way that it was not possible to assemble the chair. After going through the bother of printing return shipping labels I was discouraged at the thought of disassembling the entire chair and re-boxing it so I decided to try fix it myself. Using a steel pipe slightly bigger in diameter than the post, I slid the pipe over the post and levered it down into the position it should have been in to begin with. Once that was done, the arm went on perfectly and I LOVE THIS CHAIR. I previously owned a Gaming chair that was the most uncomfortable seat on the planet. Because of this, I knew what to look for when buying this chair, and it did not disappoint. When in it’s upright position it takes up surprising little space, and when it’s laid out I could easily sleep in it for hours. The armrests are perfectly positioned and soft, and I love that they recline with the chair, and the footrest is a bonus. It rolls around easily and swivels around as smooth as if you were gliding on air. I love that I was able to get such a good chair for such a shockingly low price. Everything about this chair feels sturdy and strong and I don’t see anything going wrong with it in the near future.

Had Minor Flaw
Right out of the box, I realized it had what looked to be a tear in the fabric. It was at a join spot from armrest to chair back. The armrest wouldn't stay attached, as the case or sleeve the screw should go into wasn't there. I tried to glue it, didn't work. Then I took it apart again, and realized the sleeve was intact and had been pushed in out of sight, with upholstery filling covering it. I put the armrest together again and managed to connect the screw and sleeve properly. Now the armrest is very secure. The chair is great but the factory or packaging company was careless. No fault of the store.

I love this chair BUT
My only gripes with the chair itself, are two things.-due to design flaw the back support will wiggle with your arm rests and isn't particularly secure.-the cushions used while awesome and comfortable, needs more towards the back of the chair, it's all towards the front which is meant for those who slouch often or sit on the edge of their seat more.aside from that the instructions were overall mediocre, could mark the screws or something, wheels are great and well roll-ey, the design esthetic is great for my rig.

design flaw
chair leans back too far to sit up straight and play games or anything you have to lean back and lay down to do anything it should be at 90 degrees but its far from it bottom of chair sits out further then the back or headrest could be a bad back or a design flaw tried everything to get it near 90 degrees but its way off and the seat doesn't have enough cushion hurts after a few hours
