Delgada Coax Compression Tool, BNC Coaxial Cable Crimper Kit

Best cutter and crimper for RG59 cable and BNC connectors I have tried. THe cutter does a great job of stripping the RG59 cable perfectly to expose the shield and also the wire. The compression crimper works well once it is adjusted for your specific connectors.

Works just as it should. I accidentally ordered the one with the coaxial comp fittings when I needed the BNC comp fittings, but that's my bad. I'll end up using these coax fittings soon anyway. The tools included though are working perfectly. This is only one day after receiving them and I haven't been able to put a heavy workload on them but we will see. I especially love these little accompanying stripper multi purpose tool these companies always send out. I think they're the best. Compact and functional. I just keep losing mine from the various vendors I've ordered from. So that tool in itself makes the whole purchase worthwhile for me lol.

The compression tool works pretty well but the cable prep tool doesnt do a very good job of striping the wire always twists the braided shielding into a knot. I've set this new set aside and gone back to my 25 year old set. They did build things better back then.

I like these compression kits and own several. I like that they are adjustable and do various types of fittings. I do a lot of different fittings around the house and at work. I also like that the spare dies screw on the inside of the handles for easy, convenient storage and your not searching for them. Thumbs up.

Worked good. It would be very helpful if they included instructions on how to properly strip and cable and krimp took several attempts before i got results I wanted

I tried to use this tool to attach the included connectors to RG6 cable. First problem, the instructions are totally inadequate. Once I figured out how to work it I found that it produces one of two inadequate results: 1. If crimped too hard, the thin metal collar on the connector splits, leaving rough edges. 2. If crimped less hard the connector is on the cable, but it pulls right off again. Totally unsatisfactory, but it's not worth the trouble to send it back. I find that simple screw-on connectors work much better and don't require any more tools than a pair of pliers.

I was using CAT6 Coaxial cable but every time I pressed on it was not tight enough to hold on. If my cable was a little larger in diameter it would be perfect. So it is not the tools fault but just the wrong size connectors. However the best part is the wire cutter, which works flawlessly.

We got this kit for installing coax for a new TV in the game room. We live in the middle of nowhere, so we rely on an outdoor antenna for all TV needs. The kit was very easy to use and perfect for what my husband needed! Highly recommend for those looking for a simple fix on the coax!
