101 Quizzes for Couples: Take These Tests to Find Out Who Really Knows Who!

I love this book! My boyfriend and I are apart right now so we have been doing these every day. For the most part they are super cute, and every now and then they touch on serious or deep subjects. I showed it to a friend of mine and she did not like it because one of the first questions says "Who was your first kiss?" and I know another page asks about your first sexual experience. Personally I feel in a relationship those are things you should be able to talk about, but if you are the type of couple who isn't comfortable with those questions, or who doesn't feel like skipping a few pages, then maybe this book isn't for you. But those are few and far between. There's so much more than that, there's fun pages about your dream house, dream vacations, opinions on raising children, family issues, feelings, fantasies, and so much more. Overall its a lot of fun, just the right amount of serious, light hearted, multiple choice, open ended, etc. Love this book, I will be sad when we are finished! Just the thing we need to keep up having a good time!

As a therapist, I'm always on the lookout for useful books and tools to recommend to my clients. 101 Quizzes for Couples is a total gem; it is a fun way to get to a deeper level with your partner. I first used the book in my own relationship, and was amazed at the discoveries, as well as the stimulating conversations that resulted from it. And I've even found it fun to take the book into certain social settings, and present some of the questions to the group; it has inspired some really engaging and spirited debates. All together a great book, and a useful tool for relationships.

There's something in here for everyone, more than enough for a 2-hour car ride. I would just ask the questions out loud, and then my partner and I would take turns answering them. There were quite a few quizzes where it seemed the questions were just rearranged, and I just skipped over those. If you were going through the book one quiz a day it wouldn't feel so repetitive, but as we were hitting them hard and fast there was a lot to skip. There were also some pop cultural references that neither of us got or understood, would probably be better for an older couple (we're in our 20's & 30's) although the book may just be outdated. I appreciated that the book hit on such a large amount of topics - it opened the door to some hard-hitting questions and answers that could have seemed awkward or confrontational to ask in another context. I learned some new things about my partner, mostly in the form of memories or stories from his past, and overall the book was fun and a great way to start conversations. We spent anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes on each question, and as soon as the conversation died down we'd move on.

We are an older couple, but some of it is relevant and kind of fun.

I bought this book (a copy for myself and another for my new girlfriend who happens to be incarcerated) after browsing countless other similar ones (but none quite like this one) on Amazon one evening. Best decision ever! I cannot begin to tell you how much this book helped us get to know each other better (considering our relationship has been built on our chats on the phone, video visits, & good old fashioned handwritten letters and emails since we are a long distance couple). I got the idea to purchase a quiz book after I wanted to create my own “getting to know each other better” questionaire for us, but my hand got tired from writing so much.. I thought “there has to be something already out there that can make this easier on me that will incorporate the types of questions I had for my new potential significant other”.. and once I stumbled upon this one, I decided to give it a chance and I am so happy I did. My girlfriend absolutely loves this! As I stated above, she is incarcerated currently, so many of the other ladies in prison with her will come to her and ask to borrow this book. They want to write down some of the questions for their potential mates as well to get to know them better too. She told me this by far was her fav purchase I’ve made out of all the books and such I’ve sent her. She thinks this was a genius idea and it has def helped us so much! We both have a copy, so we fill it out each night before bed. Like, she will tell me “make sure you complete the quizzes on pages X - X before bed”-like homework- and we rip them out and mail our answers to each other... like I said, this book def surprised me on how good it was and it surpassed both of our expectations. 5 out of 5. Thank you so much! And if you are like me and are in search of a helpful tool that will make getting to know one another fun & easy, buy this book! You will NOT regret it. (My girlfriend and I are both in our 30’s by the way, I think couples of all age groups will be able to enjoy this by the way).

I got this for my boyfriend and I to try to do together because I was thinking of new things we could try when we are bored. This is the best! It comes with a ton of different quizzes that make your relationship grow stronger and makes you laugh a lot! I wasn’t sure if it would be lame but it is awesome and a great gift for your girlfriend or boyfriend.

My husband and I have been married for 10 years. While we don't really have any problems in our marriage, we have 4 rambunctious boys that keep us from spending as much time together as we would like. We have been doing 1 or 2 quizes each night as a way to get us talking about more than just our boys. I feel like most of these questions we already knew the answer to but it is still fun to put more context to the answers. I feel like we have even been able to learn a few new things about each other.

Very well put together book, good conversation starter for new couples and old. My fiancee and I have been together 3 years and we definitely learned new things about each other while going through the activities of this book!. The book has an overall nice format, the only thing I could recommend to make it any better, is more writing space for longer answers. Maybe a section in the back to make your own questions the book didn't cover. Makes for a great memory and keepsake to look back on. It only takes a few moments a day or even a week to answer but a few short questions and there is no set order in which to do them. Some nghts we ended up doing page upon page, the way its laid out it has a way of sucking you in before you realize you have went through 7-10 pages! I give 5 stars because this book definitely rekindled and brought a closeness back to the relationship we had let get away from us dealing with everyday life. Thank you.
