I received foot pads as a gift. I was skeptical but found them effective in controlling the burning & cramping in my feet. Each morning the pads are black, can't say how effective they are at removing toxins, just that they turn black. I learned to put socks on over them as the tape will slide or roll on my feet as I move in bed. I've been sent several brands, not the ones I ordered, but all have been effective.

I have severe Lymphedema. The pain in my legs at night was horrible and kept me up tossing turning. I have a prescription water pill that is no longer helping. I was a skeptic on purchasing. However I’m so glad I did. First night wearing them no more pain slept like a baby. Woke up no swelling. I’ve only used 2 nights and am so happy. I soak my feet with puma stone to get sticky off bottom of feet.

Consumer must attach the pad to the adhesive prior to use. Adhesive part does not stay put as well as other brands that I’ve used.

Love these foot pads. They do what they say they will. Been using for a week now and I do have more energy I'm sleeping better. My feet sweat alot but the sticky pads stay on I will recommend wearing socks with them to keep them from sticking to your sheets. All it takes is one little corner to catch the sheets.

There were no instructions to use the foot pads. They appeared to be what they are a completely substandard product. The adhesive section was not properly packaged and would most likely not adhere properly but would dry out quickly. I am dubious about any and all products manufactured in China. They have abhorrent labor practices and the resultant poor quality is a predictable outcome of their abuse of human beings.

Nuff said , they work.

I was really disappointed that they were tucked in a plastic bag ,no directions ,no company name no ingredients not any info at all didn’t feel safe want my money back
