I love it. For one with hashimoto's dissase, I always watch what I eat but I need to cut down on portions now and this little set is perfect. With the labeling I know exactly what goes onto each of the colored containers. Is so much better putting it into perspective seeing just what the actual nutritional recommendation is.

These are perfect and much cheaper than the branded 21 day fix containers! I have had no issues with the lids not snapping on like some reviews stated. They stack with in each other for easy storage. The containers also came with a nutritional guide that is small enough to take with you when you go grocery shopping. There is also a formula to calculate your calorie needs and how many and what colors to use for the day.

I didn't stay dedicated to using these. It's a great idea but a lot of planning is required. Great durable containers that have survived many dish washings and seal tight still. So product is great but program is too time consuming

These are great for keeping track of your food intake!

Just what I was looking for!

For some reason I thought these bowls would be larger, I guess I am eating way more than I should. I wasn't planning on dieting, but I want to try these bowls now and see if I can survive on these tiny portions. I like that there is a guide the tells me what goes in each bowl and that it is color coded. There is also a list of food for each color so it's really a no brainer. This set has 7 containers each with a colored lid. They are are small enough that they would fit in any lunch box. The containers are microwaveable and also easy to wash on the top rack of the dishwasher. They are stackable for easy storage when not in use. I am very grateful that this company lowered the price of this item so I could purchase it and try it out. The review that I am leaving is based on my personal experience and observations. These are just like the ones you see on TV except you don't have to do the subscription and you don't have get unwanted exercise DVD's .
