Great product
I really like the size and effectiveness of this melatonin. I have tried other brands but they didn't work well. But this brand and since it's in small lozenges size is easy to take and it helps you relax and get a good night sleep. Will totally recommend.

IT WORKS!!!
Let’s start by saying I have been using Melatonin for 25 years. I was in law enforcement so I had to work a lot of overnights, in other words I had to sleep during the day. When I go to bed I put two under my tongue (sublingual) and it works within 20-30 minutes! Even if you don’t think you’re sleepy, you WILL sleep! And when you awaken you don’t have any (hangover) symptoms from taking night before.I cannot stress enough this is the brand to get SOURCE NATURALS, subliminal, in peppermint or orange. On ordering it you pick a flavor and MG. I am peppermint with 2.5 MG so a total every night I take 5 MG. I have never had to “up the dose” in all this time. For first time I took 1 MG and my next purchase was the 2.5. If you’re not sure what it will take for you try getting the 1 MG and work with the dosage until you find what you need. For my grandchildren above 12 if they are staying over I give them 1 MG and man do they sleep!When I had meetings I had to go to when they said anybody have a questions or comments? Up my hand went and told them all about this. Got many return calls thanking me, it changed their life!Just remember SOURCE NATURALS. Now most bottles say Lozenges but not sure why it says that instead of sublingual. But those two things you know you’re in the correct item. I have ran out a couple times and until my order got here I tried liquid and swallow tablets. Nope. Source Naturals it is. Either way it says lozenges or sublingual.I can’t think of what to add…but try it once…you will be sold!

This product really works and was a lifesaver for our family! :)
My son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism. Each night we would be up until 3 a.m. in the morning because he could not settle his body down enough to sleep. He would then wake up at 7 a.m., being overtired. Often he would throw numerous tantrums, and be fatigued frequently throughout the day compromising his ability to learn. Being very aware of what he needed to regulate himself at an early age, he begged us at age 6 for sleeping pills to help him calm down and help slow down his racing thoughts at bedtime. We spoke with his doctor because of his behavior and because we were concerned about his repeated request for sleeping pills, consulting a leading adolescent neurologist in our area. She suggested melatonin for our son because she explained to us that many children who are autistic have issues with their bodies producing enough melatonin naturally. Subsequent tests on our son did in fact reveal that his body did not produce enough melatonin so we felt that this was a safe alternative for him. He has been taking it ever since, and our child who once had tantrums throughout the day due to being overtired, is now happy, content, and tantrums have become minimal. Melatonin may not be for everyone, but this product was a lifesaver for us. He feels better knowing that we did all we could to help him sleep at night (because as a parent you want to help your child especially when they feel so much distress) and we feel better that he is taking a product that has other supplemental benefits (this one contains an additional B vitamin he was already deficient in). This brand is the only one we considered since it is sublingual in nature and therefore easier for him to take. He has been using Source Naturals Melatonin ever since. Each person is unique and different (and keep in mind we did consult with his doctor beforehand), but this was our experience, and we wanted to share it in the event that it might help other families. A Naysayer Finally Speaks Up
I work an afternoon shift that ends late in the evening.I get drowsly when my body's own melatonin begins to kick in at dusk, though it will be at least 3-4 hours later until I actually get home and put my head to the pillow. By the time I do crawl into bed (11pm) I am still hyped up by the day's activities and unable to calm my body and mind down into a slumber state. In many cases, it takes at least an hour for me to finally get some sleep and then I am up 6.5 hours later as soon as the sun rises in the sky.I have always known about Melatonin, but never thought it would actually work. In fact, someone bought me a bottle a few years back and I ended up throwing it away without even opening it.With the rising difficulties I faced each evening trying to get to sleep and my body waking me up at sunrise, I felt myself getting more and more frustrated. When you don't get a full night's worth of sleep you spend your day in a zombie-like state with a heaviness pressing upon your brain.The time had finally come where I had enough! I needed to find a way to fall asleep faster. I went on Amazon, searched through the list of Melatonin products being offered by various companies and decided upon Source Naturals based on the amount of positive reviews.So, once I received the bottle I waited about 45 minutes prior to bedtime and I popped one of the Peppermint flavored pills in my mouth, letting it reside below my tongue to dissolve. It is my understanding that this method of ingesting Melatonin is the most effective.Sure enough, within about 30 minutes my head started feeling heavy and whoozy. I laid my head on the pillow and best I can remember, I was asleep within 15 minutes. Furthermore, the two times I woke up in the middle of the night, I felt overly groggy which helped me to immediately go back to sleep.Now, you read all the reviews from Amazon customers and one has no idea exactly what amount you need to take. Most agree that 2.5MG is more Melatonin than one actually needs (I read that the body only requires 0.3MG), however there are some people that say they need 5-10mg worth in order for them to feel drowsy.Also, nobody seems to be able to pinpoint how long before bed you should take Melatonin. It seems that 1 hour is the best guess. For me, it's anywhere between 30-45 minutes.Now, you may have realized I did not give this product a 5 star review.I have some concerns. First, I noticed that Melatonin works much better when taken periodically. I started using it as a crutch for a few consecutive nights and I noticed that it would not work nearly as well as if I took it sporadically.I also noticed that there is a slight "groggy" hangover that one has in the morning. In a way, this has been helpful as it allows my body to sleep much later than it normally had. For some, however, it may actually hinder you from wanting to get out of bed in the morning.I am also somewhat worried about the dangers of taking this supplement. I have heard some say that taking too much Melatonin will cause the body to stop producing its own supply.I suppose the main point I wanted to make in this review is that I am quite surprised by the effectiveness of this product. I never believed that Melatonin would even work for me. It's not nearly effective as a sleeping pill (whereas you just get knocked out), but it does promote groginess and prepares your body for sleep at odd times when your body usually won't.
