This is very convenience and i think quality is pretty good. I got the yellow one because it is cheaper than the other. But finally no more wire running on the ground and i don't need to put them away after i use. Great quality for this price.

I have been using it for almost a year. Retracts good still. Looks a bit flimsy but it's ok for the price. I would not recommend for commercial use but home us is fine. I don't feel the reel would hold up to daily use but for the few times I use it a month it will be fine. I would buy again. I might buy one longer than 30 feet because it always seems to be just a few feet short almost every time I need it. I might buy a 50-foot one next time.

I am changing my previous review to a more positive one (from 2 to 5) because the company contacted me and we were able to sort out the issue and I truly appreciated their efforts!! I now have a working system that is very useful.Thank you team!Previous review: I like the idea, but my wife purchased this and gave it to me after the return date for my birthday. If I had been able to use it prior to return date I would have. The cord is wrapped in the housing n a way that kinks it and thus the connection is broken as can be seen by the red light of the three plug extension. I have to pull it out and then work the cord back and forth until the light (thus power) comes back on for a plugged in tool to work.
