We needed a large size fireplace and read a lot of reviews and settled on this seller. Was looking for a responsible seller in case the fireplace damaged during transit. Everything arrived in good condition. Easy to install and works great. Remote is handy and heat factor is comparable to a space heater. It’s warm when you are up directly against it but you can’t feel it from the couch or what not. Get it for the look factor and coziness vibe.

After reading reviews about noisy, dim and flames not looking real I was not sure a Electric Fireplace Insert was for me. However, the 36” Cozy Daisy seems to be my best choice so I ordered one thinking I would probably be sending it back. It actually arrived 2 days earlier well packed and un-damaged. After unpacking the Cozy Daisy I tested it before installing still thinking it would have problems. But to my surprise it worked as advertised. It has vivid colors, no noises from flame operation or blower motor, the flames look great and are as bright as expected, my wife and I are very satisfied with the Cozy Daisy. The heater put out a lot of heat but we want it more for the ambiance of the flames. Did I mention the remote worked great also. The price is fair. I guess everybody else had a lemon. Note that the screen is gray not black like the on line pictures. Cozy Daisy is an excellent company to work with. They answered my questions quickly and ensured me I would be satisfied. I will send more pictures when we are finished. You can’t go wrong with this one if you are looking for a electric fireplace.

heats the room nicely, provides lovely ambience, easy to set up...fits into my old brick fireplace perfectly on easy to attach legs...I could put it on a wall or in a niche if I wanted because heat vent is in front, not on top. great versatile design.

The media could not be loaded. It has easy to follow instructions for installation and operation. The heater work well . It's a welcome addition to my new small home.

I received a broken fireplace (glass was completely shattered) and I couldn’t return it since it was past my return window. (I was waiting to open it until the company we hired to come build our fireplace was able to fit us in their schedule.) I was so bummed to receive it broken but after reaching out to the seller they sent me a brand new unit very quickly and my husband was able to install it within 10 mins.Of course I wish I didn’t have to deal with this whole mess but the seller made this inconvenience easy enough to work with!It looks amazing and I love all of the different color settings it has. really happy we chose this one!

Great product, not sure how to put all those stones in it but love the new look…Still a work in progress but looking good
