These is so good. Co.es in handy on hot humid days, especially after yard work. The no sugar fruit punch is so good.

While a bit expensive for what it is, this unquestionably does the job. It's worth remembering why Pedialyte was created: to literally save small children from dehydration caused by sickness. It's not a substitute for a sports drink; that's not what it's for. However, I've used this both for dealing with a pretty dramatic bout of heat exhaustion and for "morning after" party recovery.One thing to note: the foil seals on these bottles are very tough and heavy. Be prepared to earn your recovery.

I've been struggling with staying hydrated during a cold even though I drank a lot of water so I turned to Pedialyte.I found that it works better when I filled my insulated mug with some ice cubes, some Pedialyte, and some water. It felt more hydrating and drinkable that way. Also I learned that you need some sugar to help the electrolytes do their job so I added some sugar. I noticed this was the sugar-free version when I bought it and completely forgot until I got to the 4th bottle of this pack so honestly I still having some trouble staying hydrated.I ordered the Advanced Care Pedialyte powder version this time (that has sugar) so I can adjust the portions. I found the taste of the Fruit Punch flavor to be alright, it wasn't strong nor tasted really sugary which I was thankful for.

I love it and I'm low and sodium so it helps
