So nice to have an alternative to prescription medications. Works very well and I'm very happy with the product.

Product alone doesn't work on headaches/migraines. It boost the effectiveness of whatever medicine you are using. It doesn't have any drug reactions.

Okay I was definitely skeptical about this product and others claiming to take the headache away...And I wasn't sold completely when I first bought it...First time I took two of them when my head was hurting I get heavy migraines or cluster headache's on one side of my head, it just starts to throb and hurt me badly I can feel it coming.... I feel it behind my eye and temple....it happens daily...I have strong prescription medications for my doctor and neurologist... I have nortriptan and ella-triptan... They only allow you to take one every so often you can't keep taking them... They say they give you rebound headaches... they only give you nine in a package... so irritating.... I took some yesterday so I didn't take anymore... And my head started hurting again today I was trying not to take anything, but I remembered that I bought these migraine pills.... the first time I took two of them it definitely didn't do anything...So I didn't think that they worked but just now I took two of them put it underneath my tongue like they direct you to and the headache disappeared...I'm sold I'm happy I will buy some more and I will take some more now that I see that it definitely got rid of my headache try some.

Not sure it really works but its a good mfgr so maybe worth the try if you dont mind paying to try.

I don't get an aura before my migraines start, so by the time I take these, I'm already suffering. I do find that if I can take them right when the migraine starts, they seem to stop it from getting as intense and make it go away faster, but even if I can't do that for some reason, they help reduce both the intensity and duration of the migraine. They don't taste like anything and dissolve quickly; if you get severe nausea with your migraines that might still be a no-go, but I find them easy to tolerate.When possible, I combine them with rest and use of a neck/shoulder heating pad (which by itself helps only slightly but seems to be a really good combination with the medicine), and my migraines -- which left untreated would typically last 6+ hours (sometimes even more than a day) -- are usually done within 3 hours. Moreover, within 30-60 minutes, the medicine makes my migraine manageable enough that I can enjoy a quiet activity and even comfortably eat.Hyland's continues to be my go-to for over-the-counter medicine!

This didn't work at all for me. I wish it had! It might help someone else though, since migraine triggers and "cures" vary greatly from person to person.

I took this when my migraine started like I knew the signs .. It worked for about an hour . Two hours later - my migraine percolating. Took it again - it took the edge of the migraine but I still felt the pressure of the migraine slightly . I waited and took two every two hours with lots of water .. By the end of the day it was gone .. it’s not as fast as say iburophen . However if you just have a headache this works well. Migranes you have to be patient with the process … Thst being said - I rather this product then aspirin or ipruphen with all their chemicals abs side affects I prefer this product. I gave it a four because if your a migraine person this product will work but you will still be left with the mild onsets of migraine .. However , prefer this then the alternative … Also, since taking this product I haven’t really had any recent reoccurring migraines like I did in the past.
