My elderly mother found her old adjustable bed was not working for her. She tried a flatbed and it did not work for her either. She had difficulty getting in and out. After research and my mother agreeing to try this bed, I ordered it. I also ordered a 12" foam mattress from Amazon at the same time for her. It was put together and she slept on it for a few nights. She liked that at 5'4", 180 pounds she was able to sit on the bed with a 12" foam mattress easily. She found that the built-in side rails prevented her from falling out of bed one night. This was something that she had been worrying about having a twin bed instead of a full one. However, her new senior apartment did not have room for a full bed. She liked the ease of use and that it was a regular twin and not a twin XL due to her being short. She was able to make the bed on her own easily. This helps with her mental health as she has gotten older, she is not able to be as independent as she used to be. She stated that she is getting wonderful sleep. She liked the fact it comes with a side pocket, but with the 12" mattress, it needs to have velcro or ties because it does not stay on the side rail when the head of the bed moves up, it pops off the side pocket. However, after we adjust it, she will be able to keep her cellphone charging with the built-in USB in it and her remote for the bed. That way her phone is handy if she needs assistance or for an emergency. She is a proud woman and needs to feel like she has more control over herself. She likes that it does not look like a hospital bed as we were thinking that we might have to purchase her one. She stated that it is approved by a young 80+ woman.

Purchased for 94 year old who needed the features of head and leg adjustments. Easy to assemble. Remote easy to use. Added an 8 inch Zinus mattress. The only negative is the bed rails are not high enough. About even with top of mattress and cannot use. We replaced one with a bed assist bar fastened to the flat area where the bed does not move.

I am partially paralyzed and was in need of a fully adjustable bed in order to come home from the hospital. I took a chance and purchased this bed frame and have been pleasantly surprised. It was easy for my brothers to put together and it works very well. The motors are pretty strong. I weigh 250 lbs an it operates very well. A great buy in my opinion.

This bed is nice and comfy, the head lift and foot lift works well. My only complaint is that I had to buy extra bedrails for it. The ones attached are too small and basically keep the mattress in place. Other than that, the bed works perfectly for my father.

Got this for my mom to help elevate her knee after surgery. Needed two people to move the box and was helpful to have two to assemble. Took us about an hour to assemble but was very simple. Fortunately the bed is almost entirely pre-assembled. We are using a 12” Beautyrest Silver BR800 medium with it and that works well. One “perk” is that the foot of the mattress does not bend down (makes a straight incline) so her foot stays elevated above the knee when the foot section is in the up position. Overall my mom is very happy. She likes using the side rails to help roll over and elevating the head to help her get up. We paired this with an adjustable step for getting into the bed and it has made things a lot easier for her.

We purchased this bed for my FIL. After a week we noticed the bed would pause when we moved it up and down and started to smell like fire. Once we looked we noticed the bed was sparking and shorting out. I requested a refund and they accepted. They wanted me to pay for shipping. So at that point I decided to purchase from a different company, but I had to get this bed refunded. Getting in touch with their customer service was a long process and then once there and speaking with someone there was a huge language barrier. He kept repeating odd lines and putting me on lengthy holds. About 2 hours later he said he would submit my request for a review. The fact that it wasn’t a “oh ok so glad your FIL is ok and we didn’t have to pay for you a new house! Here is your return label and refund”, was frustrating enough, but then we had to wait a week for the return label lug the heavy bed to fed ex with a return label I had to fight for and then wait a week again only to find out they are charging a restocking fee! Restocking to where?! The dump? This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with Amazon and one of its 3rd party companies. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Doesn't go up or down

I love this bed and was most pleased to find it in a regular twin length. Furniture stores seem to only sell the extra long. I did not want to have to buy new linens or a new mattress. It was not difficult to put together. Works great with the remote. I love it.
