Scoliosis and getting hit in a car accident has left me with permanent nerve damage. Sitting for more than a few minutes is a challenge if the seat is hard or not cushioned enough. I have used cushions before, but still suffered from numbness and tingling straight down to my toes. After I stand, I have to give my body a minute to adjust before I walk. I read the reviews on this product and took a chance. I love it!!! My numbness and tingling have been greatly reduced and I can once again walk immediately upon standing! This means the world to me.I now have 3 of these cushions, one for home, one for car and one for work.Also, this sellers customer service is top notch.I'm more than delighted with the product and seller.

This is a wonderful cushion. I have several cushions in different places; my living room, my daughter's home, my car (which I take into movies, restaurants, concerts, etc.) . I was using the one in my living room for my computer chair, but it was too small so it dipped in the middle, and it slid around on the seat. I have pain in my tailbone when I sit for long periods of time, so I needed the cutout. I was looking for a larger one so it wouldn't move so much when I found this one. It isn't as big as I was hoping for, but it is larger than the one I had. I was prepared to be disappointed, but I WASN'T! With the special bumpy, sticky surface on the bottom, it stays where I put it. It's not as thick as my other cushions, but it is thick enough to provide the comfort I need. It even has the handle on the side so it's easier to carry with me. I take one of my cushions on the airplane with me when I travel, and hook a coiled keychain to the handle and then to my purse so I don't forget it. This will be the one I take from now on.

This chair cushion is fabulous and makes a big improvement in the comfort of almost any chair, especially for this low price. At home I tried it in an aging recliner, a hard back breakfast table chair and an inexpensive office task chair. It did reduce the pressure on my coccyx.I took it in a rental vehicle for 4 hours of driving Dallas to Austin which is typically miserable for me given my arthritis and bursitis in knees and hips plus occasional low back pain. This cushion made a noteworthy improvement in somewhat firm seat of the low end version of the mini SUV that I had to drive all week commuting to work plus the 4 hours each way city to city. I loved this cushion so much that I ordered a second one to take to the office to rejuvenate my desk chair.

I bought this not necessarily because of back issues, but because I recently lost a lot of weight and sitting on chairs without cushion is very uncomfortable because I no longer have any sort of cushion in my gluteal area (seriously, I look like an ironing board from the back but I digress...). I am a nursing student and I needed some sort of relief from the uncomfortable hard chairs that I sit in for 5+ hours at a time. I have been using this cushion for about two weeks now and I love it. It is firm but it gives because it is memory foam. I am no longer squirming in my chair like a 4 year old that has to pee, I can now sit comfortably for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend this to others.

After using this for 2 1/2 months, it seems to be getting harder and flatter. I suffer from sciatic plain and the cushion tends to hit right on the nerve across left buttocks area. I added a standard chair cushion on top of it which seems to help. I'm far below the "maximum" weight it's designed for. Maybe it's just that nerve location, no idea. The other reviews were so positive. It just isn't working for me.

I am really short and needed a boost in my car while driving so I can see over the windshield. I wanted something that was also comfortable for long periods of sitting. I became a driver for UBER and spent many hours in my car driving and my butt and legs would get so sore. This seat made it more comfortable and gave me the boost I needed. I no longer drive for UBER and bought a new car that I sit higher in so I no longer need it in my car. My husband now uses it at school since he sits for 12+ hours in class and studying afterwards. It makes it a little more comfortable for him and he doesn't get as sore. I have loved this and it was a great buy.

I was happy to see that it's size is perfect for my car seat (Toyota Corolla) and for my height/weight. 5'10" 175lbs.I travel for hours at a time in car and this should help alleviate lower back pain. Hopeful. Thank you for the fast delivery and seemingly well made product.If it stays comfortable I may order a second one for my mother's recliner, as she has trouble some days standing up from sitting position. This might help.

I am so glad I bought 2 of these cushions. I have been dealing with coccydynia for the past 6 weeks. I have psoriatic arthritis with sacroiliitis in my left SI joint. I am able to sit 8+ hours at a phone triage job. I take the cushion with me to the gym to use on the elliptical bike. Much more comfortable, cheaper option to buying cushioned bike shorts. I plan to buy another cushion when/if my cushions wear out. I would highly recommend this product.
