wonderful !!
i’ve read quite a few reviews here and was surprised on some of the negative ones.this review is for 2 syrups i’ve bought.1) pumpkin pie: surprisingly i was impressed with this syrup. someone stated it didn’t taste like pumpkin pie. mine sure does. i’m on my 2nd bottle. i enjoy it with my waffles or pancakes in morning. Also enjoy pumpkin cream soda that is only seasonal here. so i get regular cream soda and add pumpkin syrup. i can add as much or as little i would like.2) irish cream: i am on my 2nd bottle . during holidays i love irish cream ( Baileys) but with the price inflation i’ve forgone it past 4 yrs. This syrup is a great substitute. Comes very close to the tastes of Baileys minus that unique creaminess that Baileys has.also minus the alcohol.I have a 3rd syrup arriving today “ butter rum”.i am hoping to retrieve the memory of hot butter rums from my younger years. My review will be added later.warning: if your DMII or PRE DM i DO NOT recommend any of these syrups. Your BS will go off the scales.

Delectable (but warning for those with health sensitivities)
I got lavender, rose, and vanilla. So far I’ve tried the first two and they are delicious. I make my own soda, just mixing a flavor with club soda. If I want it a little sweeter I’ll add some vanilla (making it double delicious).I decided to try out DaVinci instead of ordering more Torani. I’m finishing up my Torani vanilla now.I wanted to add a note for those who are sensitive to histamine, sulfite, or ammonia:The lavender was so good that I had 2x 8oz glasses with approx 6tbsp total when it arrived yesterday. I was very surprised when out of nowhere I had sleep problems last night, waking up after 1 hour and then stuck awake sneezing with a runny nose for hours. Finally got back to sleep with some quercetin, fexofenadine, and maybe niacin, but it was a bad night. I didn’t feel better until 16 hours later upon taking a beef thyroid supplement (not sure how relevant that is to the syrup though).I haven’t had a major histamine issue like this in ages, so just a fair warning. I don’t think I had any issues earlier in the day either, so maybe it was just the large quantity I consumed that overfilled my precious histamine bucket. That said, I suppose this situation was “better” than with the Torani syrups which have “caramel coloring,” which is not caramel at all but something synthetic ("Caramel IV") comprised of ammonia + sulfite, both of which I have major issues with, way worse than histamine. So I can’t catch a break no matter which flavor/brand I choose!Only (Torani) vanilla has been without issue for me. Interesting that the DaVincis I got so far don’t have caramel coloring (haven’t checked the other flavors), so I guess that’s a plus in terms of quality. For me, it is what it is. I juggle balancing a few health conditions, especially high ammonia which makes drinking normal soda impossible. That’s like ammonia in a can (or rather, a can causes super high ammonia in me for some reason). I take ornithine/arginine/yucca to combat ammonia.Yet I LOVE soda. (I learned that craving the fizz is sometimes indicative of needing bicarbonate for my pH issues.) So I traded toxic name-brand soda for homemade flavored club soda, and if I have to take some antihistamines so be it. It’s better than what it could be, and better than not having any soda to drink at all!EDIT OCTOBER 2024: FALSE ALERT!It appears my histamine attack was bad timing with having taken B6 or something right before I got my first DaVinci bottles. I have not had ANY ill effect from rose/lavender/vanilla since that one episode. I’ve just now ordered several more flavors. I’m very happy to have this option over “caramel color” Torani. It’s not just cheaper, but in my case (being sensitive to sulfites and ammonia) it’s profoundly healthier. Sure there’s sugar etc. Whatever. We flavor-seekers know what we’re getting into. I’m just glad there turned out to be NO recurring histamine episodes.

Really Great Flavor!
We usually get the more popular brand but it is only sold in bulk, so we decided to try this one! It was actually really good. My only complaint would be that it's not quite as sweet as the other brands, so you tend to use a little more than you should to get the flavor that you're looking for. We went through this bottle much quicker than the Torani brand, so decided to go back to the original, but if you don't like your coffee or drinks too sweet, this is probably the right one for you.

Hmmmm…Pumpkin Pie? Disappointed….
I bought this syrup because of my LOVE of all things Autumn…especially creamy Pumpkin Pie! Influenced by several reviews that raved about the “pumpkin pie taste” of this syrup, I decided to give it a go. It arrived today! I made an afternoon pot of coffee and fired up my new frothing machine. I poured a dollop in with my half & half as well as a dollop in my coffee. I eagerly sipped the frothy brew, expecting memories of delicious pumpkin pie . Hmmmmmm……pumpkin pie it is not. My daughter was here for the tasting (she’s inherited her mother’s Pumpkin Pie Mania gene) and she said “Pumpkin Pie?? No way.” I added more of this syrup…….still it doesn’t even register on the Pumpkin Pie scale. Neither of us can figure out what flavor this is. I’ll use it….it’s a bit like “Carmel” but definitely NOT “PUMPKIN PIE.”

Habanero Syrup
Love, Love, Love this Habanero Syrup. It was a fantastic addition to my hot chocolate this winter. I will definitely be ordering this one again. It added the extra spice that I really enjoy in my hot chocolate. I was raised with adding cayenne pepper to my hot chocolate and the Habanero Syrup is much better. I already loved the mint syrup in my hot chocolate, but the Habanero Syrup just gives it that extra kick that most hot chocolate is missing. Give it a try I'm sure you will love it too.

Perfect!
I got addicted to the dirty Dr. pepper at sonic and had to start making them at home to save money! This syrup is perfect. I use 1 tablespoon coconut syrup (maybe a little more) with a decent squirt of lime juice, 1 can Dr Pepper, and 1.5-2 tablespoons half and half. It tastes just like sonic!

Really Like
Taste good for sugar free and price was great. The only reason for a 4star is apparently during shipping the box looked like it was dropped/ damaged and the bottle slightly leaked sauce out. With the rain and everything. Alittle messy. Anyways. Would buy again.

Cherry Syrup - Perfect for Shirley Temple's and Cherry Cokes
I have always had a soft spot for Shirley Temple's ever since we were allowed to drink them as a treat at restaurants as kids in the 70s. The closest I could come to recreating them was to add the liquid from jars are maraschino cherries to 7up. I also tried using Grenadine but it just didnt taste like I remember. I bought this Cherry Syrup and all of my dreams of perfect tasting Shirley Temple's came true. On a whim I tried adding some to a can of Coke. CHERRY COKE!!!! I love this stuff, so glad I found it. And its way cheaper than the other brands!
