Shocking to find a lemon flavored gummy, especially combined with collagen, but it only makes sense. Very good choice of ingredients, and flavor. Love lemon. I think it's working to save my thin skin. In fact, my skin looks and feels almost normal this morning. Gummies are very soft, almost melt in your mouth. So easy to chew and swallow. I never thought of pain relief until I saw the review suggestions, but yeah, I think that's working too. I've only been taking for about a week. Certainly works better than other things I've tried.

Honestly, I do think they have helped my hair to be healthier and my nails are growing at a faster clip than I recall. Again, I would choose Nature Made over any others, just because of their track record with USP. My view!
