Bowl Batter/Mix W/Lid 10 Cup

Ok- so I’m a chocolatier. I make ganache almost daily and I needed a lightweight container with a spout and handle (to pour ganache into piping bags). It should also have a silicone base so it won’t slip while I mix, and a lid to store in the fridge. Lastly, I need it to be dishwasher safe and non-stainable (is that a word?).Am I asking too much? Maybe. But these bowls fit EVERY ONE OF MY CRITERIA. It’s almost too good to be true. I actually ordered 9 more because I’m afraid they’ll get discontinued, lol.If you make pancakes, cake batter, alcoholic slushees...whatever, you need this bowl.

My mom had a similar bowl with lid about 55 years ago and now I finally have one, she used it to mix pancakes and waffle batter and now years later I'm doing the same, it's funny how you can get sentimental over an inanimate object but it reminds me of my dear mother everytime I use it and it's a great product and stores your leftover batter or what ever you mixed in it and need to store. The lid keeps things from drying out.

They have a rubber base so they don't slip on counter while mixing. also has a handle and a pour spout easy clean up by rinsing out. and a great fitting lid for left over batter. Great for mixing small batches. I got mine at the store for 6 bucks but had to pay more through Amazon. Giving these as gifts. Pricey as usual with Amazon.

Just what I need to mix a loaf-size batch of no-knead bread dough. Lid is a bonus, I've been having to use saran wrap that wouldn't stick to my old tupperware bowl which is too skinny for my dough scraper to fit well - this one is just right. Couldn't find one I liked better with the painted-on markings, so I just used a magic marker to highlight them. Probably wouldn't last through the dishwasher but I won't be putting it in there anyway.

Fees absolutely fantastic in the hand. Nice and wide for mixing and I love that there is a lid included. Only negative would be that the measuring lines and numbers are clear which makes it hard to read. Fix that and this would be the best thing out there. Would buy again cause that handle is FANTASTIC!

Finally had to get replacement that lasted over 20 years ( wife melted part of it on stove). This is a great product.

This is a very good mixing / batter bowl. The lid fits securely enough to prevent minor spills and to keep in fridge as needed.

The best big measuring cup I've ever owned. I do everything in this big cup except cook. Every cook should have one. It is actually 10 cups, that's big. I mix my cake mixes in it and still have plenty of room
