Works and love this.
My length discrepancy is about 1/2 inch. Before trying this one, I tried the other brand and it worked, the each layer is 1/8 and I had to use more pieces to where I want. With this one, I can use just two of them and since it comes with more pieces, I can put them in more shoes, which makes it very economical. It is very comfortable, repositioning is easy. When I am using just the silicone pieces, I put them under the insole called Summer Sole. (Summer sole doesn’t add any thickness to the insole but provide suede like feel that absorbs sweat. I have been using them for a while in all type of footwear such as sneakers, sandals. )This heel riser sticks on very well and I don’t notice any shifting while walking.I have minor scoliosis and hip arthritis, which I am thinking originated from the uneven hip due to leg length difference. At first, the back muscles had to get used to with the even hip height and I had some discomfort at the end of the day. With this in my shoes, I can stand with both leg straight rather than one bend and it is comfortable.I am ordering the beige color one now but please bring back the black one.

The comfort was amazing.
Worked wonders, after discovering one leg was shorter, and my stride was off, making recovery more difficult. After putting one in my shorter leg, there was immediate relief!

Will do the job.
I require a heel lift in my right shoe ever since a car accident in 2020. I have tried a couple and the last one I got worked well unfortunately I couldn't find it again. I decided I would try this set, which allows the user to adjust the thickness, by adding or removing sections of the gel wedges. They are easy to put in, you just remove a piece of film that is attached to the adhesive side of the wedge and place them on top of each other, then into your shoes. They were comfortable standing stationary. The gel cradled the heel nicely. My problem was when I walked the insert would move under the arch of my foot, and irritate me. I have heavy duty double sided tape (which I used on my old inserts to keep them from sliding) so I lined the bottom of the insert with it in hopes that it would keep it in place. It helps a little bit but doesn't completely solve the issue. The problem could be because of my injury, I have no motion in my ankle. It is possible that these may work perfect for someone who walks in a normal gate. I leave the review with - when standing stationary they are comfortable and soft - when I (a person with a fused right ankle and missing talus) walk they buckle up at the arch -

Great insert for people with one leg longer than the other.
My son has one leg that is slightly longer than the other, and makes his lower back hurt occasionally. Our chiropractor recommended these for him to put in his shoes to help straighten his back to reduce the pain. These have a great sticky bottom that attaches easily to the inside of your shoe sole. And since we only need them in one shoe, we have backups for his future shoes. In some cases, you may stack them on top of each other, depending on the severity of the difference in length of the leg, we only needed one for my son. Doing this definitely helped relieve/reduce his back pain and he said they were very concerned on his heel.

Pain relief
Injury to calf muscle and these helped relieve the pain in the calf so I could walk better. They were comfortable as well.

Heel lifts
Easy to use, best used in sneaker type lace up shoes. A little wide for sandals or dress heels. Stays in Place with adhesive strip. Just the right height for me.

Did the job but not the most comfortable
Never having needed lifts, this is somewhat tough to review. I broke my ankle, was put into a walking boot that is approx. 1" high. Of course, this made me uneven walking and I began to experience hip pain as a result. After reviewing many other lifts, I decided on this product. Here is my take on them: Stacking them allowed me to adjust the height I needed so that I could walk straight for short periods of time. Not an All Day" solution. Occasionally, the top layer would slide towards the toe making them uneven and uncomfortable. The product itself is made of a hard material and when you are putting the majority of your weight on one leg (the uninjured one) the lift began to make my heel ache. This would happen when I was standing or walking for a period of time. Again, I think it's a good product for its' intended purpose, but it does not come without any other issues.
