Very quiet and easy to use
We have had a Roomba for many years and whilst it's been OK it's dreadfully loud and just randomly wanders around the house. In addition it has a very weak fan with poor suction so it's not really a vacuum cleaner, it's a robot broom. As for finding it's docking station to recharge, that never happens.By contrast, the 360 S5 is incredibly quiet in quiet mode and is not particularly loud when on full suction. It automatically maps out each room and will return to the docking station if it needs to.I have found it quite useful to just send it off to clean a particular space via the phone App; it dutifully wanders off to the selected room, cleans it in a methodical manner (up and down in rows) and then returns to the dock - perfect. Cleaning out the waste bin is easier too and the parts are more robust than those of the Roomba.

Started off well but now I'm not sure about it's overall performance
After owning for less than one month I like the easy access to to the dust container and overall the vacuuming performance is good. I am impressed with the room mapping function but do find It sometimes has an erratic memory and malfunctions when the Device travels towards and into a space where there is a shaft of sunlight across the floor, it gets stuck and requests to be manually moved. Within a couple of weeks it has developed an annoying squeaking wheel noise, it’s also a bit clunky when travelling over tiled grouting. the motor noise, even at the lowest rate, is a bit louder than a previously owned robotic vacuum. - need to find out why it's developed a squeaking noise when moving. Another problem has just occurred occurred it now started sending Chinese messages in the app , then a few days later it reported that it was not connected to internet - I have followed the instructions and tried to reconnect several times, each time it says failed to connect to the internet - time to call customer help !!!

The best for the price!
The media could not be loaded. This robot vacuum has been really solid for the past couple of months. It can vacuum, mop, and do a lot more than that as it is packed with the latest sensors and technology, and it can be controlled via the app that is loaded with features.I honestly can’t think of any shortcomings yet as the performance has been great, the app is loaded with features, the device has no issues finding its charging station even if it is in a different room, and overall, I’m really happy with the 360 S9. Therefore, I can easily recommend it as one of the best robot vacuum cleaners you can get at the moment.

Started off well, now disappointed.
UPDATE: I was really impressed with this at first, however, No more than 6 months in, it started to give me problems: The battery deteriorated very quickly (which I had to replace at my own cost) and now I have issues with it going offline all the time, meaning I can’t control via the app or schedule cleans anymore. Support for any issues started off well, but now is non-existent. Probably because they’re over whelmed! Don’t buy if you’re looking for a robot vacuum that will last more than 6 months.I love my 360 Robot S5, her name is Peggi! The mapping system is excellent, it creates a whole map of the area, which you can edit and rename the rooms and create ‘No-Go’ areas. It also manoeuvres around objects easily, like the dining table and chairs and doesn’t bump in to objects. The noise is quiet. When used on carpets, it leaves behind beautiful, neat lines which I love. You can save up 10 different maps, which means you can use it upstairs or downstairs and it’ll remember it’s way around. I’m so glad I bought this hoover, I’m thinking of getting another one so I can have one on each floor and schedule them to clean automatically each day from my app.

Received today, great so far, hopefully remains reliable
Quick delivery via Amazon and instantly we setup our new robot vacuum and mop. It easily mapped our entire ground floor of several rooms and more than 200sqm.Very good cleaning ability and the mop is pretty good in terms of taking off light stains and greasy marks off polished tiled flooring. You can have it clean an area twice, and it will clean in both directions like a grid. The app has been very easy to use and done its job. No mop zones, no go zones etc etc. You can split rooms and merge rooms, label rooms, schedule cleaning, all that good stuff.Navigation is amazing and I really hope this robot continues to work this well... only time will tell!I would recommend that the manufacter considers including a free replacement brush head (they already provide a replacement spinning side brush and mop pad).I would also like the app to have the option to specify the direction of cleaning, as sometimes the robot takes a zig-zag route that is not the most efficient direction.Overall very good value for money. I will update my review if I encounter any problems.
