For the price this is it is decent. Some of the balloons had holes in them and the ribbon string for the banner and for the balloons where so cheap that they would split and rips so easily. The cake topper came in two pieces the “21” and the stick and a piece of circle tape which honestly didn’t stick well at all. The sash was nice and came with a nice quality safety pin. All in all if you are in a budget this is a great by for the money you pay. Expect not the best quality but definitely you can work with what they give you. The balloons were easy to inflate but also very easy to pop so beware of that.

This was for my daughter's 21 bday party. The cost is cheap and in some things it's true...you get what you pay for soooo...we did make it work but I wouldn't buy again.

The silver fringes fell apart as soon as we took it out of the bag. Couldn’t even hang it up. Very cheap decorations.

The balloons sucked the only ones that held air long we’re the stars, the rest all deflated in a a few hours even the one and two which was the ones I really wanted. Also did not come with any black balloons. The rest of the stuff is cute though

Everything you need to make the party special. All high quality and easy. Little assembly needed. Just a little helium.

I bought this for my son's 21 st birthday party. I absolutely loved the color. However, the balloons didn't work. We tried to have them blown up with helium and the it was very hard to get them to inflate. I was disappointed.

It only came with one of the silver back drop. I’m the finally they were missing a letter so we couldn’t even hang that part up. Better off buying your own stuff. The balloons were all good though.
