Best freezer pack
I had a total knee replacement in April. This is a fantastic freezer pack. I even shipped one to Florida to use when I went on vacation!

Easy to use!
I've got a meniscus sprain in my right knee and icing it multiple times a day is a must! I got tired of wrapping a cold pack in a kitchen towel and then having to hold my leg still for 20 minutes so it didn't fall off. Looking online I found this product with lots of promising reviews and I'm happy to report Magic Gel knee ice pack has worked perfectly! I do have very thick legs but I can still get the velcro around. The middle strap is the tightest fit but the velcro has got the strength of Zeus so its barely got to touch the fabric to stay and even if it couldn't, the top and bottom straps are generous enough in length to provide enough support and hold it in place. I can hobble around with it on without it sliding down or falling off and even bend my knee. It's a great product and would recommend it!

Pain and swelling relief
This is good for pain relief and swelling. It's easy to wear great at home or anywhere

Not great. Wouldn't buy again.
Not as nice as the purple and blue branded items from this manufacturer. Not much gel in the pack and it warms up quickly. I would pass on this one if buying a knee ice pack.

Good for Icing after an operation.
I like the ease of use and perfect fit. It is durable and stable.

Just got these today and have them on right now. So wonderful!

Does not get or stay cold
On the positive side, item was long enough and wide enough to completely cover my knee all the way around. It also stayed flexible enough to form to my knee area. The downside, and a pretty big one, is that item did not get very cold, even after 8 hours in the freezer. The side with cloth that is supposed to go against the skin was cool at best and for only about 10 minutes. The side without cloth that's not supposed to touch the skin gets pretty cold, but again for only about 15 minutes. 8 hours in the freezer for only 10 cool minutes is not beneficial for pain relief or swelling. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

GAME CHANGER!
The Magic gel knee wrap is a game changer!! I have a joint disorder that makes my joints achy all the time, so the fact that I can wrap my knees up in pain-relieving ice and still keep moving around, getting stuff done is amazing. The wrap and gel packs are both very high quality. Highly recommend!!
