JR Cable 468

I started using this for crossfit and it is amazing. It is really good for double unders and is good for beginners/ advanced crossfiters or athletes. It's amazing quality and just make sure you know this comes with a bag to store it in. (I don't use it)

Awesome rope. Handles are comfortable, not slippery, not too heavy. The cable is great, nice weight, even for Dubs. Comes with a little bag to store the rope in for visits to and from the Box.
