The media could not be loaded. I’ve been anemic and started taking these iron pills about a month ago. My iron levels were at 32% before, and after a month of taking two pills every other day, my levels went up to 36%. While I’m still not at the normal 40%+, that’s a noticeable improvement especially without changing anything else in my diet. I’m happy with the progress so far and will continue taking them, hoping to reach my goal in the next two months.I take them early in the morning on an empty stomach with a multivitamin that contains vitamin C to help with absorption. Thankfully, they don’t upset my stomach, but everyone’s different, so definitely follow your provider’s instructions. They’re small pills easy to swallow, no after taste or taste at all. I’d recommend these!
