We’ve been using the Lavazza Espresso Intenso pods in our office for over five years, and they remain a constant request. The flavor is really well-balanced. Not too strong, not too light, so it works for just about everyone, whether you’re an espresso fan or just looking for a good everyday cup. They’re super convenient, always consistent, and make it easy to enjoy a great coffee without fuss. After all this time, they’re still a favorite around here and a solid choice for any coffee lover.

Love Lavazza coffee and these Intenso type “Blue capsules” are excellent. Rich flavor and the price is an excellent value.

My absolute favorite!!! Intenso has a strong bold flavor. The down side is the price.

The delivery was great. The LaAzza pods seem to have lost their Intenso taste. Have they reduced the amount of coffee in each pod or using different beans. Not sure we will order it again.

The flavor is very bold, but I feel this flavor lands on the weaker side of the spectrum. I don’t think it’s a bad flavor, but not what I’m accustomed too. It’s a very dark roast, but feels watery by the time you get to the bottom of the cup. I’m going to go with a different flavor after this, but you do get a lot for what you for which is always a plus.

The bad was we received an order that was tapped up on the side missing pods and was in complete disarray… but the good.. comparing this to Crema blue pods… drinking them straight by themselves the Crema has a smoother tart end taste, and the intenso has a bolder kinda sharp stuffy blunt taste…when the shot goes flat the crema is very bad but the intenso tastes the same.. I’m not a fan of the intenso by itself, but the crema wins for a straight shot, making a shaken espresso or a drink with milk or syrup the intenso has a smoother coffee flavor while the crema is a little more nutty tasting when mixed with milk or syrup… both are good but different… and we like both the crema and intenso over the espresso or double espresso blue pods.

We've ordered this a few times because the coffee is really good! Hence the 5 stars. BUT... We're hesitant now because the seller has introduced doubt in our minds. The order before our last one arrived literally on the last day of a looong delivery period. Our last order was 2 to 3 weeks AFTER the same loooong delivery window. The seller responded to my query for an update (NOT a refund request, mind you) expressing hesitation to do anything because their records showed it had been shipped already. My request was sent at the beginning of the second week past that last date of the delivery window. Not impressed nor reassured to order again.
