In addition, you can use this to enhance many other sauces and soups. It's mild, not spicy and has a smooth flavor that isn't too bold. (unless you put a LOT of paste in LOL ) Caution - make sure you never ever boil it or you will really ruin the flavor. I usually add it in last, about 2 minutes after the pot has stopped boiling.
