Maruman Organic Red Miso 26.4 Oz

Very good flavor and also thick . Have purchased it a few times and have never been disappointed.

This is surprisingly good. And not just for Asian recipes. I use a little of it (about 1 tsp per quart) to add a wonderful umami to (wait for it...) Italian-American Sunday Gravy.

It packs a bit more flavor than the lighter white miso, so I use it when making dishes like heartier stews and sauces. It’s got a deep flavor and color, and it makes great miso soup as well, but it’s great with chicken and pork.

Product was crushed, seal was broken and miso was leaking out. Not eligible for refund or return.

Unfortunately, it arrived with plastic container broken and some had leaked out. I think this is just a one off shipping problem. The miso itself is just fine. I transferred it to another container. No problem

It's going to be tough for me to go back to other brands after trying this organic red miso. It's delicious and has a wonderful flavor that's on par with the best miso I've had in nice restaurants. The sodium content is through the roof, but it's absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be a repeat customer with this miso.

天然醸造のお味噌を探していましたが、大豆がアメリカ産なのは気が付きませんでした。 味は良いです。東北育ちなので、この塩味は懐かしい味です。 リピはないかも。この倍以上の価格でないと無添加生みそ国産大豆は買えないのかなぁ。

これ良いけれど、高級バージョン過ぎて日常用にはちょいと高い。 普段用には、同社のお手頃品をOKで見つけたので、そちらを使ってる。
