I was a little confused on how this thing would actually work and I thought it was going to be a "buyers remorse" kind of purchase but half way through spraying 24 cabinet doors, I pulled the trigger out of frustration. So let me clarify some reviews. This thing does NOT leave green paint if you buy the round things that attach, which you can purchase for half price on their own website. Secondly, I was confused because once I have the rack entirely filled up...now what. Where do I put them when I want to paint a second coat. It was almost like I needed two of them. But duh...you rebuild it again piece by piece on the ground beside it for the second coat and this is super simple since you don't actually need to rebuild anything...you just pull the two green bars up and they left off already attached to the black ends and put the top row on the floor beside it. Paint the top cabinet doors in your rack...and then put onto the single level next to the full rack. Next, take off the doors on the next level....and put the next level stack on top of the new level on the ground beside it...spray your doors and put onto second rack being built. Repeat for each level as you spray each levels doors, and by the time you are done....you only have one rack again. I repeated this process when I sanded each coat as well. So yes, I built this rack up and down...up and down several times but honestly....it was super fast and it was light years, and I do mean light years faster and easier than trying to have doors spread all over the garage. Ya, I could have hung the doors on a rack but if you get even the slightest run...than you are resending and starting again. The ideal way to paint a door is it laying flat. The lack of room is what makes people hang them up. I had 24 doors to do and with every inch of my garage being used ...I was only able to get 15 doors primed due to lack of space. Once this thing showed up...I built it...sprayed primer on the reminding 9 doors sitting in my living room and off I went. Less mixing of paint in the spray gun....less cleaning of the spray gun....less time needed since I could do all my doors in one run. And if you are asking...why didn't you just make a rack. Good question. I have tried that in the past but you aren't just making a quick DIY stand like they show on YT. You have to make sure ever last little piece of wood debris is sanded down and vacuumed away on every last piece of wood you use to make the stand....on the top and bottom of every single piece or else you will get a little piece of dust or debris from a piece of wood here or a piece of wood there and then once you notice it....you have to sand the door again and start that layer over for spray. Just turned into way more effort than it was worth. And yes, you could put blue tape on the wood but that has issues as well. Buy what you want and make what you want but if you can swing it...and you think you will find more projects to use this rack with then it might just be worth the ease of use. I will make outdoor planters that I will spray also....and this thing will be aweseome.

At first I felt the upfront cost for these was a little high. Now after owning for over a year, I cannot speak more highly of the system! We use these all the time in our shop! We used to just install the trim in our remodels and let the painter deal with getting it all painted and cut in. Now we are able to put the initial coat of paint on at our shop and only do touchups on site after install. Our painter has even "borrowed" our space to paint trim for other work because the system works so well. There is enough included to do an entire basement's worth of trim in one go. The flexibility to do everything from small pieces to 20' sticks, doors, staining random boards, and anything you can think of. Would and do recommend this to anyone in the remodeling or painting trade.

Nice rack

Surprisingly sturdy and worked great on a big cabinet job. Wishing it was mobile (had wheels). But very pleased in general. Seems expensive but a good value for its usefulness and was the best choice compared to many other options we checked out. Possibly will buy a second one at some point as we needed more shelves but have been able to improvise for the drawer faces with other less expensive racks.

It’s Okay for what it does,but to expensive.You can get a better system for the money.

I bought this to use to paint kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Easy to assemble and comes with a nice bag to carry them all. It is a drying rack that holds a lot off doors in a small area to make you job go much easier. Best thing I have bought in a while
