Nekid Cow USA Made Davy Crockett Daniel Boone Real Tail Cap Hat [Small]

This product is exactly as described. I purchased 2 of them for my daughter and another child about the same size. They are both 6 years old and weigh less than 50 pounds. My daughter's head circumference is 20-1/2 inches, and these fit perfect...maybe an inch at most to spare. It would be too small for my 8y.o. who has a bigger head, and it is very loose on my 18m.o. grandson. But he likes to wear it also.The two six year olds are performing in a Peter Pan ballet as "the twins" in the Lost Children scene, so we wanted hats that match. These are a slightly different from each other, but close enough for costume purposes.

These hats are absolutely adorable! I ordered two, one for my 4 yo and one for my 1 yo, stretchy material allows for a good fit on both of my kids heads. And it actually looks much better in person. My younger daughter had a chance to wear it only twice in public so far (we only had it for two days :). But when she came in to her preschool wearing it everybody including her teachers, other kids, and other kids' parents loved it! And when were walking down the street today (one of the very busy streets of San Francisco on Saturday afternoon) only a few people did not comment how cute she looked in that hat! And most important she loves it! My 4 yo also loves his new hat (especially that real 'coon tail!). But given that it's October, one of the hottest months in SF, my son said he'll wear it when it's colder and the hat didn't get as much love from him as from my younger child yet.Very pleased with the purchase and the transaction in general.

I bought these for my sons when they were little and they looked sooooooo adorable on them, and received so many compliments. So now that I'm a grandparent, I decided to get one for my grandson as well.While the hat is a good replica, I have to say that I was very surprised that it wasn't lined and that made it look cheap & flimsy. Instead of returning it, I bought some material and lined it myself so that made it 100% better. Now I'm extremely happy with it but, I shouldn't have had to do all that work. Who sells an unlined hat, other than baseball caps?

Purchased as a gift to share this American folk classic with foreign friends, I'm not sure that it was appreciated overseas but our son would have loved it when he was 6.
