Fascia are fibrous, connective tissue membranes that cover muscles and muscle fibers and form a large network in the human body this massage set is designed to help relieve pain and help with mobility, I had never heard of Fascial Massage before until I looked at this set, in fact I read it wrong first time and thought it read Facial, had visions of using these various shaped roller's to roll around your face, that was until I looked at the images and noticed how big they are, when they arrive there are no instructions, so your kind of thinking how do these work, but as I found out there is a free downloadable exercise leaflet which you can download from here, it goes through quite a few different exercise to try for various parts of the body, however it only involves using the roller, the ball and the other dumbbell shaped object no mention of, I have tried a few of the exercises, but can not say I feel any different but as with all these things it can take time, that's even if I doing correctly. This set comes with a pull string sack to store them in, they are made of a dense polystyrene type material and look durable so should last the test of time.

You get 3 different shaped pieces, all conveniently stored within a drawstring bag. There are no instructions, guidance or suggestions on how to use each piece for different stretches and rolls. I've never used the smaller, rounder pieces before so I will have to search what to best use them for.Lightweight material.

Habe mich aufgrund des Preises und der Bewertungen für diesen Hersteller entschieden. Die große Rolle hat schon mit Lieferung einige Dellen im Styropor, welche die Funktion aber nicht beeinflussen.Beutel ist leider kompletter Müll, Haltbarkeit aller anderen Sachen aber sonst gut.

Ultra léger, cet ensemble est proposé dans un sac pour le rangement. J'apprécie l'effet un peu rugueux, quoique doux et tiède. Ce set permet de se masser l'ensemble du corps et c'est très reposant, surtout après une journée de travail. La double boule est géniale pour se masser les cuisses ou les jambes. A noter qu'après une séance de musculation, l'emploi de ce set peut provoquer quelques douleurs, très légères, toutefois.Le livre d'exercice en format PDF est bien conçu avec des illustrations en couleur et toutes les informations utiles pour bien pratiquer. Un seul regret concernant le rouleau dont les côtés ne semblent pas aussi solides que le reste puisque l'on voit le polystyrène : un coup d'ongle un peu violent, et je pense qu'ils s'abîmeront vite. En faisant attention, je le crois vraiment durable.

Schließlich gibt es heutzutage aes auch in billig als Schrottadaption eines ausgetüftelten überteuerten Produkts...Bei gesundheitsprodukten kauft man lieber von Firmen die sich auch representative mit ihrem Fach beschäftigen und man möchte ja nicht zweimal kaufen.Die faszienrollen passen aber und kosten die Hälfte.Die Rückenrolle passt gut super an den Rücken, ohne die Wirbelsäule zu belasten, die Nackenrolle ebenso.Der Ball ist vielleicht ein paar Zentimeter zu gross, aber erfüllt ebenfalls seinen Zweck.Qualität... Naja es sind halt gepresste Faszienrollen. Die halten und mehr will man nicht.Mmn gibt es keinen Grund das doppelte auszugeben.Empfehlung.
