does it have a teaching mod?

no teaching mode. It is not meant as a beginner chess board. the friendly mode is quite difficult. However, you can use the side screen display to see all the steps for that particular chess game. No memory in built (does not store your previous played games).

Does this chess computer come with a charging plug?

Yes of course it does. It's a great chess set.

Can i play against a partner then get a pgn file that i can analyze it on computer later somehow?

You can play against another person but you cannot export the PGN. The screen does track your moves so it would be fairly easy to copy manually although that’s not ideal
