My Best: Joël Robuchon Hardcover – January 12, 2016

I love easy cooking so when I bought this book I knew it’d be a challenge. When I opened the pages, I saw a beautiful piece of art. Robuchon did a fantastic job displaying complex recipes in a way that even a novice can understand. I can’t wait to spend an entire weekend making these delicious recipes. I would highly recommend to those who love cooking and want to level up the skills and try something new.

I gave this as a gift. Recipient was very pleased.

The specialty mash potatoes is not one of the recipes. Although the pictures may perceive them to be.
