I gave this a 5 star rating as it deserves it, but 2 small complaints.1) The acrylic chips (checkers) are on the light side, without a doubt they should have more weight to them.2) I also suggest the dice should be smaller, like 12mm.This is not a travel board but a high quality table top board without design distractions. Highly recommend it.

this is the most beautiful backgammon set i have ever seen.

It looks pretty nice, but it’s just not the quality wood that I was looking for. Doesn’t really feel like solid wood at all. Kind of more of like a not super hard no no no I’m reading absolutely

I treated myself to this attractive backgammon board for my birthday. I just love it. It is beautifully made and I enjoy toting this beauty from place to place to play with friends and family.

We did not buy it for travel. We have a travel one that is smaller. This one is for the home and it is beautiful.

Very nice, high gloss wood finish. The lacquer protects the wood grain. A very sharp looking set.

Very upscale in appearance. Couldn't be more pleased. Real wood veneer, smooth surface means that dice spin roulette style, adds another dimension to the game!
