Cracked Line Caused Flooding
Installed this faucet last night. Woke up at 3am to find my entire kitchen flooded so badly that it had seeped down and begun to flood my laundry room. The source was the faucet. Had an emergency plumber come out and he said the faucet line appeared to be cracked. $500+ for that, plus whatever cost will come with restoration of drywall, ceiling, kitchen floor, and carpets. Extra frustrating because we had just finished repainting and fixing up our entire house to list it for sale this weekend.I have already reached out to customer service, might increase this rating based on their response.

Very attractive replacement for kitchen sink faucet with side sprayer. The color-matched side sprayer can be used, not only for washing fruits and vegetables, but also for washing down the sink.
