I began taking these to improve my nail health, after years of using stick on nails & acrylics my nails were weak & brittle. They are now strong, healthy, and growing quicker.BUT what I am really impressed with is my hair quality! I have always had fine hair that sheds a lot when I brush it. Over the last few weeks I have been suddenly noticing less hair loss, new hair growth, and just thicker & shinier hair in general. I initially didn’t attribute it to taking these, but I now realise that must be the reason.I would REALLY recommend these for nails and hair!Also, tablets are tiny so really easy to swallow.Brilliant product - will 100% be buying again.

I have used this brand for the last two years and it really does seem to make a difference. Due to genetics and a major op my hair is very thin on top. Whilst these tablets do not stop my hair loss they do make my hair grow quicker and stronger which helps minimise the bald patch. My daughter also takes them following the birth of her baby and her hair looks amazing. Really good value for money and tiny tablets are easy to swallow.

Have only been taking this for 5 weeks so will update again in future. I brought these to help with thinning and damaged hair.The tablets are white, smaller than a paracetamol and tasteless so easy to take. I love that this is a years supply.First thing I noticed was last week that my nails (which are pretty good anyway) were even stronger, much less breakage than normal resulting in longer nails. My skin has been pretty 'normal' which has been great because I get painful deep breakouts usually but so far that's reduced.I noticed my hair in the last two days seemed a bit fuller and bouncier at the roots. May be a good hair week? Or may be from the vitamins? Time will tell.I have however noticed shaving my legs etc isn't lasting as long as it usually does which is a fair trade I guess.Overall so far I'm pleased with this item.

Helps with skin

A miracle pill in my opinion.The condition of my hair has improved vastly since taking one of these pills daily.From having brittle thin and poor hair growth my hair has been transformed.Don’t expect results overnight, you need to persevere and keep taking one a day for at least 3 months for any signs of real improvement.These really are worth it and so is your hair !

I ordered this for a friend as her nails kept on Breaking she says it’s a handy size to put in a handbag and is easy to swallow it will but a glow on her skin and benefit her health

I've bitten my nails all my life; when I tried to grow them they flaked. Started using this product (which arrived quickly, properly packaged) and have been using it for about a year while my nails have been growing. They are strong and don't flake and the only thing I've changed is the regular use of Biotin. I would recommend for this purpose.
