Easy enough, truly tasteless
The powder is truly tasteless, but doesn't dissolve quite as easily as claimed. It does dissolve eventually, but I had to stir a lot. The little pouches are easy, although it is a lot of packaging/garbage. I actually wish the packs were bigger, since doing this (up to) 4x a day is a bit of a drag. For that reason, I combine these with the fiber gummies, which contain more fiber per serving. But I expect to continue to use them.

Made my stomach feel better but is a chore using three times a day and it doesn’t dissolve right away. You need to be patient.

Great for travel and at home
Nothing to dislike. Keeps you regular and easy to sprinkle in coffee. Haven’t found the need to stir my black coffee.
