These are fabulous.
Love the taste, but sometimes they look and taste a little overcooked specifically the tops, and sometimes I leave them on the shelf. However the onion taste with the cheese gives credit to the baker.

Hard Onion Bits
These were quite nice, I had chicken slices and dijon mustard on mine. They had a nice flavour and although a soft roll had a good firmness. The only complaint I can give is sometimes when you bite into the roll the onion maybe too hard and you feel like you've bit into a brick.
