I bought this for my dad who is having problems with his calve muscles caused by poor circulation. He's in his late 80s but very active.I had tried this product previously for the same problem and i found it eased the aches in my lower legs.My father has only just received this so I'm waiting to hear how he went on.I don't use it everyday. I only use it for a few days at a time if my legs ache.This product is supposed to help you sleep too but I didn't notice a difference. But there again, I didn't use it every day.

I am amazed at how well I sleep after using this oil and how I wake up refreshed, from the benefit of a good nights sleep

This is the second bottle I’ve bought of this particular magnesium oil. I highly rate the use of magnesium oil for muscle pain and aches. It really does help, and this product is superb quality. But this time I was surprised at the different spray head on this second bottle when I unboxed it. It’s not like the previous head (regular pump spray). I tried to use it and it came out like water and it took forever to rub in, so I ended up covering more of the area I needed and ended up wasting a lot. I reached out to the company to ask about the change of spray nozzle, and the issues I was having. They replied with an apology and sent me a replacement head free of charge so I could carry on using the quality product that it is. 5 stars for the product, and 5 stars for the brand.

Love the product. But the bottle leaked when shaking and after couple months spray nozzle broke. Now have to either decant into platic bottle with spray nozzle or buy another glass bottle. Shame...think I got dodgy spray nozzle. Update: Full refund processed, which more than covered cost of new glass spray bottle. Could not ask for more in terms of customer service if anything goes wrong.

nice oil and the pump system is very good too

Oil is great but the way the spray works not so good a bit messy.
