Products works well for reducing bathroom trips at night and urgency during day. I take at night about 2 hours before bedtime. This time seems to be the most effective for reducing nightime issues. Taking in the morning did not work as well for the night effect. Works better than Flomax in my opinion.

Easy bottle to open and no stomach issues with/without meal taken. Effect was quicker felt then prescribed meds.

New chapter is a good company. I think I had other issues product helped a little good deal.

. . . and there are now days (in concert with a very low animal product and moderate whole nut and seed and 0 free oil intake) that I can skip the Flomax. I'm switching to New Chapter's Prostate 5lx this month 'cause it's half the price as Zyflamend and has Zy's most active prostate menders (saw palm and nettle extracts). I'm hoping to go off Flo at the end of next month. We'll see. . .
