AWESOME TOASTY TOES!
I am a skier and have struggled with cold toes my entire life. Like white toes, they go numb, I need to stop skiing because they hurt so much. For years I've used the disposable heating packets and they've worked ok but my feet still sometimes get cold and I needed to stop skiing. I also tried cheaper electronic socks but those literally electrocuted my feet (you get what you pay for!) So, even though it's a pricey system, I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy these. I used them skiing last weekend and ...WOWZA!!! They really work!! For the first time EVER, my feet were toasty ALL DAY LONG! It was between 5-15 degrees where we were skiing and I had them on level 2 or 3 (they go up to level 4). They lasted the entire day (instructions say level 3 will give you up to 7.5 hours). The installation seemed slightly confusing at first but I just pulled up a 6 minute YouTube video and someone walked me right through it. Easy Peasy! I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to stay warm all day -- they TOTALLY work!! Thanks Hotronics!

Excellent product
I have been using these heaters for 2 seasons, all Colorado skiing. Days have varied from single digits to above 40 degrees F. It took more time than I expected to install them, but there are a few very good videos that explain in detail how to install them correctly. In all cases they have kept my feet warm, and it's easy to change the temperature as the day warms up. I've only broken the clip holding the battery once during a fall. However, it was very easy to replace the clip. I now carry a spare clip in my pack when skiing.

terrible quality- crazy price for a battery pack and cheap wires that break constantly
read the headline. Such a joke, last a season or two before you have to replace the insert and they stopped making them so you're left with $250 battery packs that basically cost $10. Total garbage

Keeps my feet warm
I have been skiing for about 60 years and I have suffered my last cold feet. These foot warmers work very well. I chose to install them on my custom foot beds myself and it was relatively easy. The directions provided were clear and easy to follow. My only complaint is the plug on the end of the wire is very large and requires a fairly large hole to thread the wire through the food bed and the back of the boot liner. Once installed they work well. I can not feel the heating disc under my toes. The batteries clip securely to the power strap on the side of my boots. It is easy to change settings and the control button would be difficult to change accidentally. At minus 15C I had them on setting 2 and my feet were warm all day.

not bad, but not sure I'd buy again
they work pretty well when they work. The connector to the battery pack is the weakness - it gets pulled out while skiing somehow. Probably from the chair lift, idk. You notice when your foot starts to get cold. I bought 2 sets: one set is still working fine after 3 ski trips and 15 ski days; the other set: one of them doesn't work anymore after 2 ski trips and 10 ski days. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's probably the wire that connects the battery to the warmer. Hotronics were too difficult to work with getting it resolved, but amazon accepted the return minus ~$50 b/c it was outside the return window. I might buy them again, but maybe through a local retailer who would be able to assist with warranty issues.

These saved the day, and I can ski again.
I absolutely love these. After getting frost nip a bunch of years ago, my toes get cold even on warmer days. Almost to the point of ruining my willingness to go skiing. These saved the day. Installing is a bit of a challenge, but take your time and you’ll be fine.

Toasty Toes
I ski Upper Michigan and the temps can get pretty ugly at times but that doesn’t stop me anymore. When Covid was peak and we weren’t allowed inside much I knew I had to do something. I had to do some adjustments on my boots tho because my boots fit very snug before heaters install. Very happy with them BUT DO NOT MOUNT THE BATTERIES ON THE BACK IF YOUR BOOT, mount on one side or the other. It interferes with chairlifts while getting on/off, therefore the wiring got kinda messed up. The wiring could be more durable that it is too. You don’t need buy clips separately either, the batteries already come with clamps on them and work great.

Made skiing so much better!
These rechargeable boot heaters were a game changer! My feet are always cold when I ski and the three heat settings allowed me to ski in warmth no matter how cold it was outside!
