I've spent hundreds of dollars on dongles in a vain attempt to use an HDMI + USB switch w/ three monitors on macOS.I gave up a long time ago due to the difficulty of non-powered adapters not reliably keeping the signal from the keyboard or mouse.Most of all, no thunderbolt/usb-c adapter worked well with three monitors plugged into a single dock. Alas I gave up and settled for two cables, two docks for hooking up my setup. This was a far cry from the "promise" of the USB-C bus, much less Thunderbolt 3.This dock made the magic happen. While you have to do 5 minutes of "work" to get DisplayLink installed, the bandwidth going to the cable is more than sufficient for high-refresh rate, nice-looking video on all DL connected monitors, VGA or HDMI. I've never seen that before. It's a flawless execution on the DisplayLink spec.In addition, a mouse + trackball + keyboard plugged into a switch, then plugged into this dock works like a charm with zero delay to "wake up" and no disconnects. This is an absolute miracle, no other dock pulled this off, from the highly reputable OWC or otherwise.So finally , after at least 2-3 years of searching...one cable plug = everything just works.I am putting this company on my list along with Anker and Apple as "above average/excellent" accessory makers. OKX, you guys are awesome.

I had high hopes for this device after seeing the reviews. Were it not for the fact that it randomly drops the HDMI video I might be able to give a 5 star review. To get the video signal back, the unit has to be power cycled... Of course that then requires having to eject all the attached storage devices....Unless they fix this, I do not recommend this device at all. I wasted my money.

I tried a number of cheaper alternatives before landing on this one. Quality feels great, it works on both macs and pcs, and there are enough USB slots for all of my accessories. I especially like how the front USB slots are spaced out so I can use all of them despite some of the bigger sized plugs.

I have ordered 2 of these (the second one being a replacement for the first one) and both times one of the HDMI ports does not work. The first one worked for 3 weeks, the second one didn't work straight out of the box. Very disappointed.

This item works great, but it did not come with the usb-c cord that it was supposed to.

I needed a docking station for using multiple screens with my PC as well as other ports I didn't have as well. I came across this docking station which had an array of options and features I have been looking forThe item is a perfect size for my laptop area and is made well. My first use was my 3 PC screens that I needed to use at once. The entire connection and setup was easy. I am also very pleased on the quality my display monitors are giving me. There is no display quality loss what so ever that has an excellent resolution. I used one of the external monitors as a clone from my desktop.The USB ports which are the 3.0 speed are extremely fast with any data transfer and work well with my mouse and keyboard. My internet connection did not loose it's speed and I am able to watch my movies without any delay in speed. I am also happy with how many connectivity ports there are in this docking station and the types of ports such as card readers or even just to use some to charge my phones.This docking station really has it all and can help you with multi tasking at the same time. If you are looking for a dock that has soo many features, ports and quality, I highly recommend this docking station.

I have started using this docking station for a while now and this makes my laptop cables super organized. It's smaller than I expected which is a plus since being bulky takes so much space. I like the way it was packed in the package (looks premium product style), however, the battery adapter feels light weight. All the materials are solid and pretty cool except the material of battery adapter, it doesn't feel premium (this can be neglectable). So overall I am pretty much impress by it and no big complaint!
