Very detailed, even showing tiny details under the feet. The colors are rich. Well made.

Cant buy these local anymore. As always with schleich, high quality figurine with great detail. Last a lifetime!

I love how this company sells sturdy toys that toddlers can safely play with. They are the sizes noted. It's also cool that you can get the whole family and even different poses of some animals.

These Schleich animals are exquisite and adorable! The quality is excellent and I know my son will get countless years of play out of them. We bought these, along with a variety of other African, farm, and woodland Schleich animals, for my son's 2nd Birthday party - which was party animal themed! I knew they'd be a good investment because their use would last long after the party! (I don't have a picture of the giraffe, but I've included one of some of the other animals.) I made the mini party hats for the animals to wear and I think it made a big impact, decor-wise for the party. I couldn't recommend Schleich more!! Despite how young my son is, he's already enjoying imaginative play with them, and I know he'll continue to for a long time!

Love these Schleich animals. Could have chosen the animal planet 50 piece animal set, but glad I did these. They are hard rubber, do not bed. With very fine details like texture/ folds of skin , eyes feet and mouth. They will last long and though had to spend few extra bucks they are so realistic that even adults like to play.

Adorable item. This is one of the few animals we have to remember holds increased choking hazard due to long neck/head. Also beware eyes and poking! Would not remove stars for those warnings though. The Giraffe looks amazing and is a fantastic toy for kids of all ages. My niece loves it. Very satisfied.

I decided to buy the product based upon an article on the front page of my local newspaper.The giraffe used to be a mascot figure for the now defunct Toys-R-Us chain and was purchasedby someone who paid to have it moved to the Robert Wood Johnson Children's Hospital sectionIn New Brunswick, NJ. I found the story quite inspiring and thought it would be a great encouragementto the children at the hospital to give them the feeling that they can get up and feel good again aboutthemselves and rise above whatever medical issues and beyond they have in their life. TheGiraffe sits on top of a table near my TV set along with that article hanging on the wall nearby.It is a symbol of the hope that we can remain standing and rise above what challenges we face.
