My favorite! It drapes completely on the back of your neck and around your shoulders it is very soothing and comforting. Smells great too!

A spa treatment at home
My daughter carries stress in her neck and shoulders so I bought this as a gift for her. She loves that it is large enough to wrap around her neck and shoulders and doesn't fall off. With the lavender smell and the warmth from heating it in the microwave, she feels like she's at the spa. I will be ordering this as a gift for my friends when they are going through difficult times. It's the perfect pick me up, feel good gift.

Love the scent and softness!
I love the scent, softness and size of this heat wrap. I have tried others and this is the best! It heats so well in the microwave and is so relaxing. I have chronic neck and back issues and this is so helpful. It is great to use anywhere I need and comforts the aches and pains. I use this every night! This is my second one only since I wore out the scent after a couple of years of daily use. They also make great gifts! I highly recommend this for anyone.

Love it. (But do NOT overheat it!)
The shape and size are great - easy to wrap around my shoulder. The lavendar smell is wonderful. The problem - I overheated it! It now has a somewhat unpleasant smell. I am so mad that I overheated it! I recommend this item - just be sure you don't overheat it.

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS /DON'T PURCHASE / SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP TO THE RETURN LOCATION
What a disappointment. I should have believed the negative reviews. On the plus side: the cover is plush and beautiful. The fragrance is lovely. ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE: the thing does NOT get hot....or even much above lukewarm. I have had other sizes of this same product that have lasted for years with frequent use that got HOT. Not sure what changed at the company, but this thing is bad. This thing is USELESS. I returned it immediately. Who would keep a heat wrap that doesn't heat?

Cozy wrap
I love using this wrap if I am having some neck or back pain. It heats up quickly and has an awesome lavender smell to it. I highly recommend.
