This was horrible
I would give this zero stars if I could, it was so bad, I ended up throwing it out. Such a waste.

I have been making Mac n cheese with this gluten free pasta for a while now. Gluten Free can be tasteless or have a 'cardboard' texture. This pasta is good. Its great in soups too. I have found if its cooked in large quantities it gets sticky and the water looks like wallpaper paste. i found that changing the water with freshly boiled water from the kettle about 10 minutes into cooking solves the problem. I have given this pasta to family members who are not celiac and they havent noticed a difference
