Everything is good..but the sound is all treble
I like everything in the box the earphones themselves...just no, the sound is all treble and barely any bass, I can bu Sony buds that are 5 bucks cheaper and they'd probably sound better, Sephia PLSSSS listen to some Skullcandys or Sennheiser and tell me if they sound anything remotely close to this product cause I'm genuinely disappointed other than that it seems well but I'm returning these

I use these to make phone calls and listen to music, they work.
I have used many different styles of earbuds, always looking for that perfect pair. While I have had better, these are very close to the top performers. They sound is great when listening to music. I use these in noisy environments to make calls and the person on the other end can hear me, and I can hear them. I can't ask for better call quality. I have installed these for other people to use and they are more satisfied with these than more expensive headsets. I have used various adapters to connect to various phones and these always produce great quality calls and great listening to music. Overall for the cost they are great earbuds.

Good except for the mic
I had previously bought another model of Sephia and really liked it. My son needed something for school so I gave him mine and ordered this model. It arrived well packaged with the interchangeable earbud pieces. The sound is good, but I have to hold the mic close to my mouth for people to hear me on MS Teams for work. I didn’t have to do this with the previous pair. I am not sure if this is just a defective mic or not. Anyway, I am disappointed in that regard but happy with the other features of the model.

Best buds at a great price!
Really found the large variety of rubber gauges to make the very best possible fit, crucial to the amazing sound quality. The bass is the best I’ve heard and the little extra cable length is perfect. I purchased two sets, one without mic for my tablet and one with for my phone. Added benefit is the well thought out travel case that is not only the perfect size it also has spring steel sewn into the mouth of the case creating the perfect closure. Definitely buy Sephora again should the need ever arise or as a gift when the grandkids get a bit older.

control module doesn't work
On the positive side it looks like a quality product in a nice cardboard foam cut-out box. On the negative side: (a. 3 button inline module for controlling volume did not work out of the box (b. silicone replaceable tips were too large for my ears and difficult to keep in and also to position properly in ear (c. online volume module is too far up the cord toward user's head--not viewable. Had to return item. Kenneth

Sound is great. But they won't stay in my ears!
Sound quality is great, but ... This is a poor design from the ergonomic standpoint. Comes with a little bag of ear tips, but none of them really work for me. Stays in my ears very poorly, because the design depends on the tips fitting tightly in your ears. None of them really do, and if they did that would be uncomfortable. The body of the earphone doesn't nestle into my ear like my original Apple ear pods did. So I can't use these when I'm walking or moving at all. They work great when I'm sitting very still at my desk, but that's not the point of having them.

Best
I just received my second one. 75% of my work is done over the phone so having a headset I can depend on is key. These are very well made and comfortable. The cord doesn't tangle which saves my sanity. Not sure about the noise cancelation as I actually still appreciate being able to hear very slightly what is happening around me so it's not a big deal to me. All I know is that these have been the best headsets I've ever had. 🤗

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
I bought these as a replacement for my Roku-3 remote. The sound is OK for the money, but the metal-type construction really hurts my ears (and yes I tried all if the different sizes)! I'll take cheap plastic any day as it is lightweight & a better ergonomic fit. Also the weight of the cables caused the buds to be either pulled out of my ears or simply just fall out. I used the little plastic clip, but that fell off often.

Best cheap headphones i've bought
Wow, it seems that cheap headphones get better by a step change every year or so that i buy them (not necessarily surprising) but these are far and above the best I've tried. I don't have much of a frame of reference as i never spend more than £20 for a set but i would imagine these are comparable in quality to a set 6-10 times their price... The sound through them has excellent clarity, space and dynamic range, with strong bass, mids and trebles... really nice build quality ear pieces and cabling, 14 separate spare ear bud pieces, microphone/audio controller all seem pretty great too. i've run out of superlatives, thanks Betron

If only there was a zero star option, these headphones do not deserve a single star.
Remote for the soundlevel never worked, let alone the changing of tracks [which it also claims it can do].They seriously hurt my ears -even with the smallest covers- which has never ever happened before. When I used the foam covers the foam stayed in my ear and the actual headphones fell out. I then had to ask someone to retrieve the foam from my ears as I could not reach with my fingers! They are in no way shape or form noise cancelling. Yes, the foam covers may be, but as the headphones fall out immediately that seems a bit moot

Sephia 3030 headphones well worth giving a go.
I was fairly happy with my Sennheiser in ear headphones until my wife said she could hear what I was listening to. So I went looking for some noise cancelling ones & came across these Sephia models . I was a bit sceptical at first because of the low price but the reviews looked good. I went for the SP3030’s & they really do stop sound escaping, they are comfortable & actually sound better than my Sennheiser’s. The only negative is they don’t have left & right stamped on them. I listened to a track that I know has a clock coming out the left side, then put a mark on the right hand earpiece with a permanent marker, problem solved. Just bought a second set for the wife as she was so impressed. Would definitely recommend.

Passable for a cheap back up headphone, but good for the price point
Very good for the price and if you are looking for some reasonable cheap headphones then these are fine. I bought them for work calls and the mic works fine. Sound wise the stereo sound stage is fine, however the voicing is muddy. They have a certain amount of pop and are probably better than average for the price. The bass is a problem though. The bass is present but not separate and therefore affects the higher frequencies. This muddies the mix and the overall sound presentation is one that is fine to “get by on” but not pleasant in comparison with other headphones where you can hear the separation and clarity through all frequencies. Passable.

Comfortable to wear.
Very clear sound quality, and so comfortable to wear. I struggle with head phones due to an illness affecting my skull so ear phones are the answer. I like the fact that extra silicone tips are supplied and there is a handy pouch to keep the earphones in. I can hear minimal noise outside of them but it's not a problem really.
